I was trying to complete a T-shirt order so I placed the order online and was running some errands and stopped to pick them up. The customer service rep told me that the order was not ready to wait about 10 minutes so I walked around the store for about 10 minutes I notice that, the store was relatively empty and several of the customer service reps had gathered together and was talking I then was told I’d have to wait 30 minutes to grab the items to complete my order. It took me two minutes to grabbed the two items I had ordered. I was determined to just let it go and supervisor came and said we have up to 3 hrs to pull your order I said the store is empty the reps are just talking and it took me less than 2 minutes to grab these items. The Supervisor kept going back and forth me she was actually making it worse instead of being apologetic. My friend on the phone heard the entire conversation and said did she really just talk to you like that. I usually spend about $200 to $300 roughly every time I shop there I have not shopped there since. I called customer support twice and was told it was being investigated I said just look at the camera. I have not been back to Michael’s since. If you can’t simple reply then you don’t deserve me...
Read moreI have never had a problem with this Michaels up until recently. The store is a mess and the staff just don't care. They had me on hold for 22 min looking to see if something was available. I ended up hanging up and called back and the guy who put me on hold picked up and didn't apologize and clearly, he didn't even look to see if it was there. The day before the items i needed said it was in stock (mind u it was 3 items i ordered) so i ordered them at 930 am and by 2 they never called to say it was ready so i went up there only to find out none of them were in stock. so they looked around to check and couldn't find any of the 3 items. So i looked myself and i found 1 item but needed the others for the one i found to work. so they cancelled my whole order and didn't give me proof just said it will show on your statement as it was just a hold and not taken out. but i don't have access to it forr 3-5 days smh. so they had the itmes listed as out of stock after i left, so today i look online again and the itmes are saying they are in stock again. as to why i called up there today to be placed on hold for 22 min to have to hang up and call back to be told they aren't in stock. such a waste. such a shame customer service isn't like...
Read moreExceptionally bad. I wanted to pick up my order curbside, that didn't happen. The app told me it would be a few minutes, it wasn't. I waited 30 minutes and I went inside, the greeter, also the dot-com person, was assisting another customer. I waited. He got an envelope. It took her going to the cash register (an empty one) and 3 minutes of figuring out... She came back and asked me how she could help, I (maybe a little sourly) directed her to the other customer who had been waiting ahead of me, not hiding, mind you, just maybe not actively annoyed... It was a quick question and then greeter asks me if I have a pickup. I show her my phone and mention that i have been at curbside for 30 minutes, to which she flippantly responds "sometimes it doesn't go through"... Okay sure... 30 seconds she's around the corner and back... "Here ya go, have a nice day"... See, the words are right but the attitude isn't. I'm not gonna complain that she was young or that she was a horrible human being or that she "technically" did anything wrong... I am reminded of when you go to the burger joint and get crumby service and say "they want to be paid $15/hr."
