First time to visit a Swenson's. I have been wanting to for a while now after I heard it was Lebron James favorite place for burgers. I went with the famous galley boy, and french fries, as well as did my friend. The price is fair and reasonable. I kinda knew it was a car hop place, but I had no idea for sure what the menu and prices were. The girl came out, had to get a menu, and had to come out again to take the order. Most car hops have a menu board by where you park. I asked if I just come in and order and she said no, I have to take the order. The burger looked nothing like the picture, and just said 2 sauces. I wished I'd have known the one was bbq, I would have went with a different burger. Oh well, gotta try places to make your own decisions.

usually have a okaish experience here. new employees were super nice but take things a little too litterate. came in today, pretty large order, one thing i noticed is that in the past the pulled pork SANDWICHhad onions with it. so i asked for no onions. the server confirmed just meat and sauce. okay perfect. added cheese to our BLT as well. well we get back to our office, the BLT had barely half a piece of american cheese on both. okay not a deal breaker, kind of amusing actually. the real kicker was the pulled pork. pictures posted but someone had to have been either very illiterate in the kitchen or trolling us lol. still very good with a fork but lord, actually pretty funny of a surprise that i hopefully don't get again

Me and my friend had ordered milkshakes. The drinks were good nothing to complain about there, but when we went to pay, we were paying with card and her card reader did not work it like shut off as I went to tap the card, which was kind of confusing to me, but then she said she hated doing this to people and hated taking their cards in then started talking to us about tip. she said something about 18% and we said OK yeah 18% is fine. Our order was $9.75. She put the tip in as $6.75. I'm not sure what went wrong in communication but that is nowhere near 18% it's extraordinarily over. We're not sure if we will go back to this location even though it's the closest one to us.

Where do I even start. I just got off work, super stressed out and hating my career choice, when I decided I needed a greasy cheeseburger to make me feel better. I was in a terrible mood with a frown upon my face until a blonde worker sprints up to my 2013 Honda Fit Sport to take my order, I believe he said his name was Mickey. His charisma and urgency instantly brought a smile to my face, boy does he love his job. We need more workers like Mickey in this economy, I would eat at Swenson's everyday if it was guaranteed that Mickey would be there, thank you for cheering me up, happy holidays.
