I absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to save on a service call. I called the place thinking I needed a new heating element for my dryer, and he continued to explain to me that I should probably check a couple other things before I went ahead with buying the part, and I'm very very happy he did! I ended up checking all the components in my dryer with a multi meter. When I went into the physical store I explained everything I found and the older man at the counter suggested that it may be the timer because they frequently go out in the generation of dryers that I currently have. He was extremely generous, which I was entirely grateful for as a first time homeowner. I went home and did my due diligence and found that he was absolutely correct. I called, and the guy was noticeably overwhelmed. First he complained that the number off the part wasn't good enough and that he needed the washer model number. Then he still couldn't find the part, and he couldn't remember the part I needed after telling him three times what I needed. He got all irritated with me, complained about how he had a bunch of people at his desk and no time for my issue. He told me to find the part myself and call him back. I found the part myself in seconds online and ordered it from a different place because nobody deserves...

Awesome place! 1 weekend I go in and they had The Grateful Dead on the stereo. The next time I go in and Beethoven was on, and that started a conversation between the gentleman behind the counter and myself. Suddenly my Appliance emergency didnt seem so daunting. I was made to feel relaxed, therefore I remembered the questions I wanted to ask about my project. The guys that work there are very savy when it comes to fixing appliances. I will go back over and over again. Oh yeah...they have a very cool cat that watches...
