First off I only went to this location because I heard about the amazing service provided by Michael Gilbert and after this experience I can tell you everything I heard is true and then some.
I arrived and asked for him, he was helping another customer and I proceeded to look around and when he freed up he came directly to me and we began building a plan for the rooms I needed furniture in.
He went above and beyond to get me the best deals but I was hesitant to pull the trigger and elected to come back, he saved my order and gave me a receipt for when I was ready and told me Tracey Pascol would would help me if I came back on the day I mentioned I would back in at.
So the day came and I met Tracey and he was a joy to work with, we switched up the items after I mapped out how it would look in the rooms and this was close to Black Friday so the deals were even better now. Tracey also assured me they would make an adjustment on price when Black Friday rolls around on anything I bought if new sales came up.
This time I locked in the savings and made the purchase with my newly acquired VC card, received free delivery and assembly on all the pieces and an option to return some things if I was unhappy in the first week. All this on top of no interest monthly payments.
The delivery came and the delivery guys were awesome and great to talk to while they worked on each piece. Surprisingly they were in and out in about half an hour even tho I ordered around 6 large pieces with 4 requiring assembly on sight. Special thanks to Norman for making last min adjustments on a table and being very open to any questions I had.
One issue did come up, a piece was left at the warehouse, they told me I could swing back and get it or just reschedule them to bring it. I wanted to go down and see if I could fit it into my car so I traveled to North Olmsted and met Tommy. After taking a look at the space in my car he assured me it wouldn’t fit and promptly scheduled a delivery the following day.
I spoke to DJ the manager at the store where Michael and Tracey works and he said he would give me compensation for my troubles for which he did on my VC card.
Once everything arrived I began to question my decision on a piece and called DJ to ask about returning it. He explained the process and I was happy with what we discussed so I brought it back the following weekend. DJ was off so Rich removed it from my VC card no questions asked and was very polite every step of the way. Also thanks to Robert for answering questions I had while Michael was busy when I brought the return back.
I am beyond happy with my experience here through the minor issues and entire buying/delivery process. They couldn’t have treated me better, I truly feel like a part of the family there and will forever do business with them. They are honest and compassionate on your situation and will go above and beyond every step of the way.

My family and I had a pretty bad experience here. Allow me to explain.
We went on a Wednesday evening and dealt with a salesman named Javier. The first thing I didn't like was that he kept calling me 'My friend'. Sounded phony and schmoozy. Anyway, we found a couch we liked and paid for it up front. Javier told us that the couch would be ready the following Wednesday (1 week). I was kind of hoping to get it sooner, but a week wasn't too long.
One week later, I got home from work and was getting ready to go pick up my new couch. About 15 minutes before I was going to leave, I called VCF just to make sure the couch was actually there.
Here's where things start getting weird.
The receptionist transferred me to Javier, and he immediately hung up on me. I felt that was a bad sign. I called back, connected with Javier, and asked him if my couch was ready. In a very nonchalant and apathetic sort of way, he told me "There was a manufacturer delay, and the couch isn't here yet." I asked, "When will it be there?" He said, "three weeks."
So, what started as one week had suddenly become four weeks.
Now I understand that the situation was, in all likelihood, out of their control and there was nothing they could have done. However, it seems to me that Javier was NOT going to call me and let me know that he was completely wrong about when the couch was going to be there and it would have been a huge waste of my time to go up there for a wild goose chase. To make matters worse, he seemed like he totally did not care about the situation at all. I paid hundreds of dollars up front for this couch and no one even bothered to call me to tell me it wasn't there on the date I was told? It all just seemed like bad business to me.
One hour later, I realized how angry I was about the whole situation, so I called back and got a different salesman named Rick. He fixed me up with a comparable couch, gave me free delivery, and pretty much resolved the situation to the best of his ability.
My couch will be arriving tomorrow, and it better be one amazing couch.
Other things I did not like:
It's very difficult to get someone on the phone.
There seems to be little to no communication between the employees.
The couch I'm getting isn't the one I wanted, but I guess something's better than nothing.
The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because Rick did everything that he could to make the situation better. Otherwise, this was a pretty lousy experience, and I doubt I'll ever return to this store.

I went to VCF looking to finance a bedroom set with a mattress. After checking prices, I was going to go somewhere else & compare until I ran into their clearance section at the end of the store & seen some dressers that caught my eye. (They never told me they have clearance section) So I inquire about the 2 dressers & queen size mattress that I liked & they basically said that it was cash only. Im like "Okay, Im cash ready"
So boom... I pay for the items & set up a delivery date. The day of the delivery, the delivery guys call me & say they're taking a little longer because VCF says my box spring accidentally broke. He sends me a picture & by the way the box spring was bent up, that was no accident!!! That was purposely done by how it was folded in half, broke. Now I'm confused, because I paid for that & thats what I expected. The delivery guys pull up to deliver my furniture & they bring me my top mattress that's extra thick with a thin black box spring (the other one was blue). They explained to me what VCF told them but I refused to keep a box spring I didn't pay for! I called VCF & they said I can return it, to just give it back to them when they deliver the next one. It was so inconvenient for me because I couldn't set my bed up right away & sleep in it. I had to wait for them to correct their mistake that took a hole month to correct smh. Within that month, they sent me 3 thin box springs (the same 1 over & over) until I showed up in person. I was very upset with how they handled my situation because they refused to give me a thicker box spring like the one I originally paid for. I had to kind of go off on them & ask for my money back & that's when they decided to give me a thicker one. This should've never happened!! They like to take advantage of their customers‼️ YOU GOTTA PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU BUY & WHAT THEY DELIVER TO YOU, BECAUSE IF THEY CAN GET OVER ON YOU, THEY WILL‼️‼️ I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY FROM VCF‼️ THEY ARE LIARS & LIKE TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE.
