Brooksville Square — Attraction in Brooksville

Re Launderdale laundermat My company sent me here to look around plaza to see if it be a good place for our business to come into. I can tell you by the treatment of the staff in Launderdale, which is a laundry mat in the plaza, And the reviews to back up the hostility from the owners, This is not the place to bring your business. Not to mention the constant code violations of people smoking right outside the doorway. Obviously a state law of 25ft away It's not making a difference in Brooksville. It puts everyones safety in jepody. Just about every single day. One employees kids are on property during business. Owners indicated they have knowledge. Kids running around skating,pushing the carts, employee spend majority of time dealing with kids . Seen kids outside assisting dad/mom, with outside trash,running on sidewalks. I also overheard the employee tell a customer that they are paying CASH to them. The owner is running a second maintaince business,under contract with Publix,as per employee. I witnessed the employee male partner and 2 small girls doing night trash for her,using a Dollar Tree Cart.I had been shopping in area before and seen the 2 small children running in laudrymat and out on sidewalks,skating while at work with mom. The trash is not changed until evening,so it is at some locations is overflowing. And coresspondence from the owner has knowledge that employee has been bringing kids into work with on property. The owners bring in 2 dogs. Though they are gentle ,it is a clueless and lack consideration to patrons. They allow patrons to do the same. Publix owns the property and has adopted a service animale only policy. The animals are allowed to do "business" on property. This is the only business that has that problem. My suggestion is you go and start reading the reviews on Google for Launderdale.,and the hostility displayed to persons. I overheard the employye tell a customer they get paid cash. This specific Publix is for sure my favorite! Ive shopped in St Pete and Largo in two super sized stores where this one is a bit smaller but not the smallest by far. It is the staff and management that make this store FAMILY! THE PRODUCE dept is where I shop the most and is Great! Integrity and true customer service is what sets this store apart from others; from the associates that escort you to your car and keep the parking lot clear of carts to Robert the store manager, everyone contributes to the welfare of their customers. During hurricane Irma I witnessed management literally standing between some pretty horrible verbal nastiness to the staff, especially in the deli and watet isle. Employees like Matt in deli could of quit or returned a bad attitude (it was that intense as people were frightened and some were just "jerks"), but Matt chose to whistle and sing with a smile that never left as he worked very hard as the amount of people were overwhelming. This one young man along with his fellow deli workers brought the mood to such a wonderful place within 10 minutes! Quite impressive!!! Thank you Publix Square Publix....

waited very patiently until that ran out . waiting at the hot deli case to get some chicken tenders . let me say it was busy there . however I waited and watched the workers . but finally asked the sub maker if anyone was working the hot deli he said he would let them know. and when he finished the sub he went back and let them know and I thanked him for that . however no body came and a guy helping another customer with fried chicken (I believe he was the one frying the chicken) before he was to dash off for the second time I asked him was the anyone working the hot deli he said he didn't believe there was . so not believing him I still waited now 4 people behind me wanting hot deli . so I finally ran out of patience so I hollard to the kitchen area witch was right in front of me and this got their attention. so I asked was anyone going to come to the hot deli . and like magic someone came . absolutely ridiculous 🙄 this Publix is the wort and that's not just this trip its other trips to this particular Publix and I rarely visit this one ....
