Maybe I hit a bad day for the gentleman but I was less then impressed with they way they treated me. I went in Friday to upgrade-Ethan the manager helped me out , priced my phone for trade in and even nicely said he would pay our activation fees for having to wait for the phones to be ordered . Tuesday came ,the phones came in , went to pick them up , Ethan was not there spoke with Tyler and Raymond and boy did things go south. I told them what Ethan had quoted me for trade in and that he would wave the activation fee. They laughed saying we cant wave the activation fee Verizon automatically charges but you can call and ask them too. maybe I MISUNDERSTOON ETHAN . Then Ethan told me my phone was a 365 dollar trade - they told me $150 WHAT?!?!?!?!?!? As they spoke, I proceeded to upgrade my phone on the Verizon app(to see what it would say ) , when I got to the part on the trade in - it said we will give you $399 for trade in- again WHAT?!?!? I showed this to Tyler and Raymond as they continued to tell me I was wrong , that the Verizon app didn't know the correct amount ...REALLY ?!?!?!?!?!? Tyler looked at me and said How would Ethan quote you but never give you a quote sheet to leave with - now your questioning my word??? I walked out of the store with neither phone they ordered me , I was Appalled by all that just happened !! Went back to the Verizon store on Allen in Woodhaven(which I normally do business with ) , Matt helped me out - I was given the $399 trade in value that Tyler and Raymond fought me about and told me wasn't true . Matt also told me that it was funny they said they would pay my activation fee because my account waives them anyways. I will never step foot in that Verizon store again - Thank you Tyler and Raymond for nothing !! So for those who continue to go -make sure you know what's going on because...
Read moreFirst off you will have a long wait time, that is not the employees fault. There are only two guys at the store. The selection in store is minimal but they can order whatever you like that's under verizon. I needed a new carrier plus a new phone, keyan was awesome. He assisted me plus another customer and did a great job multitasking to get our needs taken care of. I ended up getting a galaxy s22 ultra. He installed the liquid glass for me, slapped the case together and transferred my old number from att in a half hour. Phone works beautifully and cell reception is great. Keyan also walked me through getting the $200 visa offer over the phone only 10 minutes before they closed. I felt bad for calling but wanted it all done for the day and hoped they could assist. Read moreI have been a Verizon customer for many years, and my wife and kids have been on her Sprint account for nearly as long. Recently, we decided to move everybody over to my account. We had 4 lines to transfer and 4 phones to turn in for promotional rebates. Ray worked with us to transfer the accounts, order phones, select accessories and even helped out with tips and tricks for my daughter who was moving from an iPhone to a Google Pixel 2.
We returned when the phones we ordered arrived and Ray proceeded with line transfers and phone setups. Ray was meticulous in ensuring that all phones were backed up, transferred and completely wiped before turning them in. Ethan jumped in to assist, and we got everything transferred and activated.
My family was very happy at the level of customer service the team at this store delivered. I couldn’t imagine a better customer service...
