Normally I have a great shopping experience at kohls, but this past weekend I was at the register paying with an obviously new cashier. I specifically asked her to make sure she took off all the security devices that were attached to the clothing. Needless to say I get home and 2 items still had the alarms attached. I called the store and spoke to someone that was more concerned that I come up with a receipt before they would take off the alarms! Seriously! I had just made a $200 purchase and it was the cashiers mistake not having taken off the alarms off the garments. It is one of the best ones I have seen when it comes to stores. It feels great to shop and know you can go to the restroom comfortably. Honestly, I think other stores should adopt a clean restroom act. It keeps customers in store and happy. Went back to speak with another manager, which basically said it was my fault and her fellow managers fault. This other manager double charged me.not sure how I could be at fault since her coworker gave me a list of what the 30 percent qualifies for. I was polite at the store, but I think they took that as a weakness and treated my situation poorly.
