My boyfriend purchased my engagement ring from this jewelry store. After receiving the ring which was ordered in the wrong size by the employee of Cunningham’s, we attempted to have them resize it. When we received it back it was not round and did not fit my finger. Again we left it with them to be sized. This time when we received it it was disfigured, the gold was dented and the bands were completely misaligned. Again we left it for repair. Upon receipt the fourth time, the ring is missing 3 diamonds, is covered in scratches and is still irregularly shaped. We have requested a full refund in which the manager has refused. She stated they do not look over items they give back to the customer. She is insistent upon giving us a store credit. We do not trust this jewelry store. Their priority is not customer satisfaction.
