I’m probably one of the most critical of any business anywhere as I feel as though I’m constantly criticized by my service to the community for what I do, public service. Respectfully, I’ve gotten a tattoo locally and internationally to remember both my passions, my struggles and my travels, but the best tattoo and experience I’ve ever gotten was from Black Lotus Collective in Brunswick, Ga. The atmosphere and kindness there is unmatched by any place I’ve been to collect a memory stitched carefully and patiently into skin. The entire staff is great and the artists are top notch listening to what you’d like and they actually try to figure out the best art you’d be proud of in the end. I’ve gotten a new tattoo there and even an old one brought to new life, which is even better than it was before. If anyone is looking to get a great tattoo, give them your time and patience and they’ll do the same and make it happen. Yes, the schedule is lengthy and you may have to wait, but it’s worth the wait every single time. My thought is if the memory is worth that much to you, you’d be smart to get it done right the first time. From the get go, Nick and Kaitlyn make you feel very welcome. Their studio has been created to be one of a kind. It's probably the best interior of any downtown Brunswick store and definitely one of the cleanest, and most thought out Body Art studios you could go to in GA, if not the entire SE USA.

What strikes me the most though, is Nick's and Kaitlyn's humble attitude to their profession, they are very, very good at what they do, truly award winning and respected in the industry, but yet they don't act that way at all. Instead they are very accepting and open, helping you understand the process from start to finish and willing to do whatever it takes to create the best possible design through collaboration.

In the end, I can honestly say, what I had in mind was definitely recreated as I expected but, it was 1000% better than my original conception. I trusted Nick's judgement and was not let down. I had one minor shade/tone change to request, and it was well received and taken on board. In the end it was way better than I expected.

For anyone on the fence regarding this awesome new addition to downtown Brunswick, it will not disappoint, Black Lotus is extremely clean, modern (Nick's a fully fledged Carpenter and did a full on remodel) and well thought out with clever accents and decor, even a professional photo booth. I think there's a lot more to come from this Dynamic duo!

For so long I wanted to get a sleeve tattoo, but had trouble finding the right artist to bring my ideas to fruition. I started asking around, and multiple people recommended Nick! I knew Nick from Ink Masters, but didn’t realize his studio was so close to me at the time. I set up a consultation, and I immediately knew Nick was my artist. I had a general idea of how I wanted my tattoo to look, and Nick presented me with the most beautiful design. He somehow came up with something that far exceeded any expectations. At the time he had a 14 month wait, but it was worth every second! My Geisha tattoo looks EXACTLY like the proposed design, and I get compliments every time I’m in public. His attention to detail and raw talent is what sets him apart from other artists. He is very aware of your body’s limitations, and makes every effort to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire experience.
