I love Burchfield Penney Art Center 😍. It is such an intimate gallery yet gives a grand experience. Every time I go there I learn so much. The exhibitions are curated so professionally and with attention to the viewers experience. A lot of times when we are in front of something grand, you feel so small, but not at Burchfield Penney. The exhibitions are curated in a way that they show the grandiosity of these artworks and yet gives you the feeling that you are actually a part of it. I feel inspired every time I step in. In addition the staff is extremely lovely. You notice this as soon as you arrive to the front desk, the shop and docents. I would like to emphasize the director of education Mary Marino Kazub. She is such a wise, kind and carring and professional person. She brings so much value to this institution. I can't wait to bring...

It was Family Day, so we got a discounted entry rate. The woman at the front desk was difficult to understand, but we made it inside nonetheless. Museum is pretty small, and the artwork is small too (the pictures are dwarfed by the size of the gallery walls). The best was the glass exhibit. Worst was the interactive exhibit ("Doug") which didn't make any sense or have any meaningful explanation. Overall, we enjoyed it for...
