Kreepy Halloween — Attraction in Burbank

definitely recommend as they have a wide variety of costumes as well as props. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars would be that I had called in advance asking if they had a specific costume and they had told me they DEFINITELY had it. when I came to the store I had asked a worker and they told me to go to the front desk if i had called in advance. I went to the front desk and then was once again redirected to another worker. I asked her where said costume was and she showed me to the section where not only did they not have the costume but when I told her I called and they said they definitely have it she was shocked because she said she had never seen the costume at their store. While we were talking about this, another customer came up to them and asked if they had a hooters costume, the worker i was with said they did not and the customer also said they called in advance and was told they had it. I guess the work communication is not well and they just say the have whatever costume you ask. overall great store, just...

I don’t write many reviews; but I had to write a review for my experience at Glendale Halloween. I have been coming to this store for over 5 years and just now decided to write a review. First of all, the store is massive. While other places have just a few items, this place is packed with everything you will need. I hate going to a bunch of places to get items here and there. I’m in and out and don’t need to worry. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Whenever I have difficulty finding certain items through the mountains of inventory; the staff is always there to help me out. Another thing that was a BIG PLUS was that they have many dressing rooms and they let you try on the costumes to make sure it’s the right size. Other places don’t let you do that and will not refund you your money if it’s not the right size. I recommend this place highly for the large inventory selection, competitive prices, and fantastic staff!...

Where do I even begin ? By far the biggest and baddest Halloween store I have ever come across. This place has everything from A-Z. From the newest most popular costumes of the season to the oldest most vintage costumes imaginable. Parking galore ! Customer service on steroids ! (Not pushy) just always available to help and provide a genuine opinion and idea. Very friendly fitting room rules (none of that 1 costume per day rule I've experienced at another Halloween store I went to once in Burbank. Went here with 3 friends and we all left with the most perfect costume. None of us settled for something lesser than what we went in for. They had the perfect size for all 4 of us. Such an amazing and swift experience i had extra time to walk through the clever decorations section and even picked something up...
