Avoid this place if you don't want to ruin the day
We're a group of new people to this place. The court is poorly designed that to go to the #5 court we have to across the back of #4 court. Nobody warned us about this when we checked in. When we walked along the way, people in #4 talked to us to ask us be away but in a rude manner. Thus we had some small argument about it but we were just about to end it to be peaceful because nobody wanted to get themselves into trouble on a beautiful Sunday morning. However suddenly there was another man showing up to chase us away. We were trying to figure out how to move properly (there is no sign at all), he yelled and pushed one of us (multiple witnesses can confirm this). His unreasonable behavior escalated the situation and we decided to confront him and not hold back since he's the one starting the fire. At this point the lady owner finally showed up, who apparently knows this man (maybe he's a frequent guest) and asked ONLY us to leave and did NOTHING to that man who pushed us.
Yes this is the worst part - the owner was being completely unfair by doing nothing to that man who pushed us and only asked us to leave instead, when we did not act anything physically. We only got involved in this because someone insulted us on the court. The owner unfairly kicked us out when we were the victims and ignored other people's physical insult to us. We arrived with an excitement to have some fun, instead, we got bullied by the owner and their friend. This completely ruined our day and we were all shocked by this incident.
To the owner - you can explain/argue whatever you want or make any excuses. You can fake whatever 'your version of the story' is. It won't change the fact that how disrespectful you've shown to us and how unfair&unreasonable you've been as a buisiness owner.
To the readers of this review - there's reason why this place gets so low ratings. Seriously, please avoid this place if you don't want to have...

Paying such steep costs for membership or drop-in should at least buy us patrons basic services. Also, lighting issues needs to be addressed on many of the courts facing the front desk - need to install more and longer drapes. Lights are blinding; disorienting and shuttles vanish mid rally.
This is where SSF Bintang relocated to. It's a smaller gym with fewer courts (14), smaller parking lot, and recycled court mats from SSF, but otherwise a rather nice gym! Good lighting for the most part. *Unfortunately, the gym is usually packed like sardines and difficult to get courts to play.. maybe they can add courts to the empty rooms, if not just so we can practice low shots. *Warning: no water fountain installed at the time of...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience! Will NEVER set foot there again. The 1-star reviews about the terrible environment and lack of instructions were spot-on. The court layout and registration process are incredibly confusing. My friend and I ended up accidentally trespassing through the courts because NOBODY bothered to mention that only the middle lane leads to the rear courts. But it gets even worse. Two players had the audacity to insult us in Cantonese, assuming we wouldn't understand. We confronted them, but they persisted with their insults. And guess what? The administrator showed zero interest in understanding the situation and rudely snatched away my rented rackets, demanding that we leave! Unbelievably angry and utterly disappointed with their...
