Junk King Oak Park date of service 1/10/2023 135pm. I contacted them for debris removal. I paid $718 for my services. Two unmotivated guys with a truck arrived at my house to clean out my garage. One guy needed convincing to work from the other guy. No effort was put into loading the truck with debris. Everything was just thrown in and within 15 mins the truck was filled up and I was still left with debris. If a little bit of effort was used to organize the debris more would have fit. I had lots of cardboard & ram board that could have been organized a lot better. I paid $718 for a full truck load that could have held a lot more debris/items. When you hire out a company to accomplish a task I sorta expect in good faith the truck will be loaded with some sort of organization to fully utilize the space paid for. I think the two guys who showed up didn’t want to be here and didn’t finish a job in good faith. Their goal was to get out as fast as possible and to close the truck doors. I understand that my entire garage possibly wouldn’t have fit in 1 truck load. I do think 80% of it most certainly would have if they would have taken the time to do the job. I was left with a job unfinished. I understand rules and regulations towards safety have to be met to not cause damage or harm while the truck transits the streets. I don’t understand why lighter stuff that could blow away wasn’t placed on the bottom. Heavier items on top etc. This all comes down to no effort put towards doing a job correctly. $718 for two guys to fill up a truck in 15 mins is ridiculous. I was expecting them to be here around 60-45 mins taking the effort to load a truck. I spoke with the Franchisee Sarah who owns the business on the phone. She offered me to book another truck for an additional $718 with $100 off and a new crew. I don’t think it’s right for me to possibly pay another $718 with $100 off to fix the problem of today's service. I would just like today's job to be correctly & completely done. I do not recommend using Junk King. Junk King franchisee & franchisor are both unresponsive to resolve this issue. So happy i called Junk king, it was super easy and fast to schedule an appointment, i was able to set one up in the morning for 2 pm same day. They were super responsive, when they felt that they might be late they called and texted me to let me know. They did end up coming on time as Jelber (he is their field manager) wanted to ensure that they provide great service and respect the time they had committed already. He himself picked a truck and decided its best that he goes rather than have me wait till 4-5 pm for the original truck to be freed up. They gave me a quote upfront and it was very reasonable, they unassembled everything and in 30 mins they took away all the junk i had and more , they cleaned up making sure no trash is left behind. Even though last min i added some small items they didnt change the original quote. Jelber and Lester were simply amazing, they care about the customers their property and just because of them two i would highly recommend...

5 or 4 to be best. I'm unsure what you did with some of the stuff, well conditioned, and functional, that was still good and ready to donate. Nothing was worth a fortune. However, It got got tossed around and unsecured in your vehicle, which looked like a small garbage truck. I was told the things that clearly were not junk would be donated to veterans of war. Meanwhile, special care was given to a package of 4 year old toilet paper in order to protect it. It was also much more expensive than I anticipated. A price I paid with tip.
