I've sold a few items via here but one item I have no idea what happened to it. Once you hand over your used furniture and sign the contract you will cease to hear from them. You can keep checking the website to see if your item sold, and then get a check within the next 6 months (after you follow up of course). I had an item (a dining room table) I never got a check for, disappeared from the website and there is no way for me to track it. Did it sell? Did it not sell and they got rid of it? Did they donate it? Communication is zero. For a company that literally is ONLY in business because people sell through them they should be more communicator to that side of their business.
