For a quick weeknight dinner I tried out Woojeon. I ordered the Yukehjang (spicy beef noodle soup, $15.95), received my number, waited 5 minutes, and receiving order.
The yukehjang proved underwhelming. The broth seemed lacking, in the same way that a home-made stock seems too light if you added too much water or didn't reduce it down enough. Otherwise, the portion size seemed reasonable, and it had potato noodles.

She answered in an annoyed voice, "We are already making it right now!" However, when I checked 10 minutes later, they said they had canceled the order because they were out of chicken! Haha. This place is a restaurant that can't even cook and lacks...
