Burger King — Restaurant in Burlington

I was serviced by an older woman with disheveled braids and an attitude which immediately set the tone of my experience. Breakfast was being served, asked by coworkers to stop to grab a few breakfast sandwiches with 2 coupons. Understanding you can only use one coupon per visit; I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru for my second coupon? She immediately separated the coupons and yelled this has no expiration date, I said its just the way it was torn off the sheet of coupons. She continued ranting that she was sick of me presenting her with coupons missing the expiration date! I have never seen the woman in my life. I responded that this is how they were given to me so what did she want me to do take it or not I will pay the difference. When again she started ranting in an accusatory manner directed at me with her sinister comments under her breath as she was walking away! I assumed maybe she was getting assistance when she came back to say I'll take it now but thats it!! I thanked her, and said I didn't catch your name she turned gave me an evil look and pointed to her shirt where a name tag should be...Seriously is the $1.00 I saved coming out of her pocket? She has no business working in a service business! So rude and uncalled for, well she doesn't have to worry about me ever visiting her Burger King in Burlington, MA ever again! ! Hey you the disgusting manager who is working there right now this Sunday July 8th 5pm at Burger King in Burlington. I am not writing the review for what you said to me, but for the evil look you gave me with that left eye. You said that you couldn't hear what I said 4 times, really? I want you to know that I have a Master's degree in this Country, I was in my pool for half of the day, my children had Sushi for Lunch. I do not work weekends. My weekend is to spend time with family and relax. I went there because my 9 y-o said that she wanted a burger this evening instead of going out for dinner. You look like a low class crapy Spanish. You probably have 9 children to feed with your "Managerial position at Burger King" where you probably get paid $15 an hour or may be 16 because you work Sunday. I usually respect people, but you are ugly and you are a disgrace to the franchise. You will never, ever see me again there. I can’t believe I am leaving a review for a Burger King, but here I am. Have you ever been on the fence getting fast food because it’s always hit-or-miss, and you can never be sure if the food will be freshly made or even still be hot, and sometimes you just don’t want to even chance the food being bad, so you don’t even go? Okay, well, you do NOT have to worry about that here. I was a nonbeliever and always opted for the closer one in Winchester (more often miss than hit) but my brother INSISTS we go to this one every time. It has never — not in the years he or I have gone here — EVER disappointed. The manager here (KATHY!) with the curly hair is always so kind and on top of things. We love her!
