San Soo Kap San Sushi — Restaurant in Burlington

Disgusting and extremely unsanitary!!! I was there today to order $75 worth of sushi and the older man behind the counter took my money and proceeded to make sushi with the same gloves he took my money with. I called him out on it and he denied it after I clearly saw him do it. After some back and forth he changed his gloves but still used the same rice he grabbed earlier with the dirty gloves. Disgusting. I asked for my money back and he begrudgingly returned the money and told me not to come back if I'm not happy with the way he handles food. I sure won't go back again. ...

Flavorless… in the most philosophical way possible

The broth was actually okay — if they served it alone, I might’ve even taken some home. But everything else? The noodles were chewy silence, the veggies tasted like forgotten freezer leftovers, and the tempura shrimp? Just crispy batter with a memory of seafood.

The prices say “restaurant,” but the flavor screams “school cafeteria during summer break.” Portions are big — but sometimes, less really is more.

Would I come back? Only if I forgot what real food...

The staff were very nice and friendly.

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and my wife had the sushi bento - overall, I would say mine was worth the $10, but my wife's wasn't quite at the value of $14.

Additionally, the seating was pretty difficult to find, as their are 4-5 different restaurants right beside each other.

Overall, my wife and I will be back to try out some other restaurants, but might try to avoid the lunch rush...
