I have used Stainback in the past and was very satisfied. This was a arrangement for my Fathers passing and to say I was VERY VERY disappointed is a understatement! We went in the shop and picked the flowers out in person! One, I paid $485 for this ( was told it had the same amount of flowers as a spray, I don’t see it)! Two, I specifically said NO Daisies, the main flower was to be these beautiful Blue Hydrangeas they had! (As you can see not a one in it but you see Daisies)! Three, the back is very bare! Four, was not delivered when told! I waited 2 hours at the Funeral Home, made 2 phone calls to them, only for them to deliver them to the Church, thirty minutes before the service! At that point nothing could be done! I have debated whether or not to write this review but it has just kept weighing on me. Read moreMy husband went in on Tuesday, 4/9/2013 to pick up a small arrangement for me, something pretty to say he was thinking about me. He told the girl kinda what he wanted (mostly purple) and explained that I had worked as a florist for years during college. So why she chose to give me such mature flowers is a mystery. My husband paid (too much) for 8 stems, plus filler: 2 roses, 2 delphinium, 3 iris, 1 Fuji mum, wax flowers and greenery. By Thursday, 4/11/2013, all iris and one delphinium were DEAD. And yes, I know how to care for cut flowers. So half of the arrangement was completely dead within 48 hours. Today, 4/15/2013, the Fuji is still hanging in there, but that's it. The florist I worked at would guarantee fresh cut flowers lasting a week. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect more than two days. Especially when you know your customer knows a thing or two about cut flowers and the floral industry. We will not use this...

I contacted this florist as it was within the radius of the funeral home, in which I wanted a casket spread floral arrangement delivered. The assistant of this establishment was a pleasure to talk to; however she referred my call to, whom I believe was the owner. While speaking with the owner after my total came to $175.00 I asked her to photo the picture and send it to me. She refused stating her business did not have that capability and her “name” spoke for itself.
