Placed a online order with this store I did receive an email confirmation but never received notification it was being worked on so it would be ready by specified time. So I called the store. The phone rang atleast 20 times before anyone answered. I told her i just wanted to make sure My order was received as the week prior i waited all day to hear anything and it just got canceled at the end of the night. She said okay I don't have the order thing me go get it I waited on hold for 33 minutes before hanging up. So as frustrated as I was I called customer service. She confirmed I was charged but then asked what I wanted her to do I told her I want to know if my order is actually there and ready to pick up. So she called the store for me and they told her they would get it ready. Long story short this is beyond terrible customer service. As a manager of a retail location I couldn't imagine. And not only that my husband went to pick up the order couldn't find anyone finally did and he said he didn't even know they did online orders. This is a little ridiculous. I know it's hard to find help and stores are understaffed because I have gone through it at My own job but atleast train the employees...
Read moreI've shopped there, I've picked up doordash there and I performed a recall from there. I wear a lot of hats.. everyone I've talked to there has been really nice. Except one. I had the displeasure of dealing with store manager Sarah three times. She was at lunch when I arrived, said I would come back. Hour later (they told me she had been gone 30 min when I left) I go back and they tell me she's at lunch. I ask how long is a store managers lunch, I've been back three times and I need to wrap this up today. Turns out she had been in her car watching videos. She comes in all annoyed, looks me up and down and says, "Hello.. we don't have any." Could've told me that on the phone yesterday and it wouldn't have cost your company an extra $40 for me to come back three times. Not my problem. I can see the problem. You can't run a store in your car glued to your cellphone. That's why there are carts of merchandise clogging the isles, your backroom is a mess and no one there...

They are not knowledgeable at all about their products and what's in stock and are rude and act inconvenienced by even being asked. This has been my experience more than a few times here. I even met the store manager who's name I think is Richard and he's the rudest one. All I wanted to do is share my experience with him so that maybe he can train his employees to have more respect and he wouldn't even shake my hand! I guess that's where it comes from.
