Worst employees of any target! If you want to ruin your day then come here. Employees sent me on a wild goose chase when I asked where an item was. From one side to the other. The employee was on her phone with earbuds in, and just wanted to get rid of me I guess. When I walked away I saw another employee and she was about to explain to me where the item is and the other employee ran out of where she was hiding to tell me where it was. I’m guessing that the second employee was superior to the first cuz she shot up and started helping after hearing the second employees voice. Then when I was checking out, one of the items rang up a different price than what it should be(rang up as double price) I asked if she could came with me so that I can show her the price. She said no, that’s the price. I was dumbfounded, and just didn’t (and never will) buy anything. This is a very normal thing, sometimes the computer messes up, it happens I get it. Any other store would have at least sent someone to go check. Absolutely ridiculous store. Walmart is literally next door too. F...
Read moreThis will be the first and last time that I purchase not only Apple products but any high priced items from target. I purchased a pair of AirPods Max from target, was told that if the AirPods did not meet my expectations because I’ll be using them for work that I could bring them back within 14 days, as soon as I open them, I realize that they were poor quality and brought them back the very next morning. Not even 24 hours later. The process for returning them and the fact that the Customer Service representative and the manager, whose name was Michael We’re not educated on the process was not only infuriating, but it felt accusing and embarrassing as I stood there for an extended amount of time as they dissected the headphones And took me through a process that felt excessive. Again, this will be the last time I make a purchase of this nature from target and I have a target credit card, so I’ll definitely be curbing how...
Read moreSeems like a huge mistake to offer a Google review button at the bottom of a survey where I rated my experience so poorly, but I’ll gladly take another opportunity to share my disappointment in what Target has become cough Walmart. Product quality and availability have both declined sharply following the corporate decision to alienate its customer base and decision to double down when it became obvious that the change in policy was so unpopular. I used to shop at Target multiple times a week. I went there just for fun to wander around to see if I found anything I didn’t know I needed. Now, I shop there as a last resort for as few items as possible and each visit reminds me how far the giant has fallen. Quality is down. Supply is down. The stores look bad, like they’re inspiring to be Walmarts. This is what happens when you act without thinking things all the...
