Memorial Plaza — Attraction in Cambridge

This store’s custom build service is terrible !!!!!!! I bought computer parts for about $4200 and purchased custom build same day completion service for 249.99 at 11:50am on Aug 8, but they didn’t complete the build until second day evening . On Aug 9 we arrived the store at about 11am because we were told that the machine only need to install windows 11 and do some updates. We were excited thinking probably wait for about 1 or 2hrs then it will be all set. We also requested a data migration but after 4hrs waiting, at about 3pm they told me the data migration haven’t started yet and the cable needs to be settled. So I told the technician only transfer the old ssd to the new one, we can not accept waiting any longer. Then about 2 hrs past, we feel mad because we have been waiting for 6hrs here, just wait for “windows installation and driver update”. So we found the manager who was in charge that day, a lady met us and told us the data migration needs long time, but the data migration didn’t even started. The manager talked to the technician but did not give any solutions just let us wait for it, she only said it haven’t done yet, that’s it. So we requested a fully refund for all $4400 we spent, then she walked away, and let us wait for her. After 10mins she gave our receipt to a salesman to do the refund and left. Didn’t say anything. We doubt if she is a rac* or just treat any customer like that. But the Africa American gentleman who helped us to do the refund was very nice, before we refund everything, he helped us to ask the technician one last time how long we still need to wait, and the first time of the whole day, we got an accurate time. From we requested the refund, after about 30 mins at about 17:30, my computer finally completed. Picture 1 was the new computer, they told us everything had been double checked and everything ran well. But please see the red circle, one cable was just left there. It supposed to connect to the motherboard. Picture 2 was our old computer, we only asked to transfer the old ssd to the new computer, but we don’t know why the power supply of cpu cooling fan was loose, at least we didn’t have this problem before we came. In conclusion, DO NOT purchase the custom build in this micro center, their “same day completion”was totally a joke and waste of money. My sister needed a new computer. I recommended Micro Center because they were so incredibly helpful to me as I am not a tech knowledgable person at all and they had literally walked me through a step by step process of buying , migrating and setting up my system. The sales man James Rose was wonderful and knowledgeable but I was disappointed in the service dept. While they set up and installed Norton software, she should have had Google Chrome as her web browser not Edge...When they brought her all in one computer out they didn't pack it back in the box and just put it on the table for her to take home. Are you kidden me.... where is the keyboard, mouse, cable. I told this guy where is the box. Oh...duh... then he hap hazzardly put the computer upsidedown not wrapping the monitor in its original foam protection that it was in AND my sister had to carry the keyboard, mouse and cable herself instead of packing it back in the box like it came. To make it worse, it was raining!! It was if he didnt want to to expend his energy to properly pack a $1400 computer back in its origional packaging!!!! VERY...

This isnt really a plaza. The only 2 places there of any consequence is Trader Joe's and MicroCenter.

These are both excellent representatives of their particular trades. There is a large.parking lot between the two stores.

Near the entrance to this little shopping plaza there's a Starbucks, as well.

Please note that there isn't a traffic light to get into the plaza, So if you're going eastbound on Memorial Dr, you'll be cutting across some traffic potentially whizzing past you, so be on your toes to pull in.

There's no left turn lane here either, so traffic will be stacking up behind you while you're waiting for a...
