Can’t recommend this company or this location. Recently spent over 2 hours in the store picking out a new mattress, which I was very excited for. Spent over $3000 and was assured they offer “white glove delivery service.” As part of my order, I bought an adjustable base that the store placed on sale because it needed to get rid of what they had in stock. This was an extra delivery charge because the truck had to get it at the store first. For some reason, that made delivery only available Tuesday-Thursday. Since I work on those days, I asked if there were any other options. The salesperson mentioned that if I picked up the base myself, then they could deliver on Friday or Saturday. Would they still setup the base for me if I picked it up myself? Yes, he assured me. I also asked about the cost to have the old mattress and box spring removed, ultimately deciding I would instead donate them. I was not told that the delivery men would be unwilling to help move my current mattress then to replace it with the new base and mattress. Since I live alone, one can only assume this is part of the “white glove service.” My 77 year old dad went to pickup the base with his van. When he arrived, we realized it was very heavy, so we placed it in the garage. Today, the delivery people came 15 minutes before the delivery window I was given. So I, of course, was not fully ready for them. They were very rude the entire 5-10 minutes they were at my house. They refused to help carry-up the base or to help set it up, despite the assurances that they would. They refused to help move my old mattress so we could put down the new one. They told me to call the store but gave me no time to talk to anyone. Also, no one answered at the store. The men just left my brand new $3000 mattress leaning against the wall in my bedroom, blocking the entrance to my closet and restroom. I then drove to the store in Camp Hill since no one answered the phone. At 10:30, the store was locked. I called the Mechanicsburg location and finally got someone to help, but they are unable to send a crew back until tomorrow. I now am worried that storing the mattress on its side may cause issues. Needless to say, the delivery crew was terrible and could clearly care less about customer service! They just wanted to be done as soon as possible. Very disappointed and will never use Mattress Warehouse again. I recommend others avoid as well!

Thanks to Nic for helping me get a GREAT nights sleep, Both Lisa and Nic really explaned the benifits of spending more on a mattress for a great nights sleep! I seen the Kona ice truck in the parking lot which is a nice treat on a hot day and decided since i was in the parking lot its the right time to get a new mattress!

Bad, bad, bad experience. From almost the very beginning the situation was awful. We needed a bunch of mattresses so this location was around the block from our house. We walked in and was greeted by what seemed to be a nice salesperson. She was passionate and kind or so we thought. During the sales process there was a continual effort to upsell us on items we were clear that we weren't interested in. That kindness that I thought eminated from the sales person was actually condescension.

Throughout the sale the manager (Lisa) began to get testy whenever we questioned her points, but we thought nothing of it. She sold us cool mattress covers along with mattresses and we went on our way.

I slept on these cooling mattress covers (which were expensive) and learned very early on that the sheets slip off of them a lot. I called Lisa back and told her we weren't happy and she said she was aware of the issue and that I needed bed suspenders to fix the issue. We ended up getting suspenders and they tore our sheets (which were expensive). Called back and said we want to give these covers back and got a major attitude. She said that she didn't make any money on the sale and if I were to return the covers the whole sale wasn't worth anything to her.

Since our mattress delivery was delayed by month due to a new home construction delay there was an issue with our stuff. When we were a week or two from delivery Lisa calls me and says that the mattress base was promised to another customer and if we wanted an electronic base we could buy the new version for another $250!! I said no way, just take it off the order and miraculously she called back shortly after and said she was mistaken and that the base was in fact in. Thinly veiled attempt at a bait and switch. Additionally, they did not deliver the mattresses in a box to our home...another excuse,...and we had to drive 30 mins one way to shove them in our car.

The real sketchy part was after our mattresses were delivered along with plenty of Lisa condescension and attitude I might add some were delivered without the expensive pillows that we were supposed to receive along with the purchase. I thought that this was simply another Lisa oversight or bait and switch so I walk into the store and re-introduce myself. She quips, "I remember who you are...."....uhh ok. I explained that after all of the nonsense we finally received our mattresses, but without the pillows. She looked at me with this look and said that the mattresses were upgraded since we purchased and we would not be getting our pillows. I should mention that the pillows are above $100/piece in value. I didn't feel like fighting with her and her dismissive attitude again so I just left. I called the mattress company and explained the situation and the company indicated that the salesperson should've given us pillows, no questions asked. Lisa was tying to be difficult...again by trying to remove any type of value from the sale.

Net-net, I would NEVER go back to this store again and if you have to go and are greeted by Lisa run away to another store. She's not ethical, she's condescending, and plays games along the way. A ton of drama...

My wife and I left a department store feeling like we were going to have to spend at least $1800 just for 2 decent twin XL size mattresses, so we decided to check out a store that sold only mattresses. Lisa, the sales manager at this Mattress Warehouse greeted us when we walked into the store and began getting acquainted with us and our mattress woes. She listened, I mean really listened to each of us. Then she had us go through a diagnostic tool to help point us in the direction of mattresses that would suit our individual needs according to our size, sleep preferences and current complaints. She showed us models within our price range and also compared them to ones of higher/lower quality by letting us try them out. We were provided a pillow and a disposable mat to help keep things sanitary (something the department store didn’t do). She let us take our time trying out each mattress and again listened to our feedback. By the end of this 2 hour shopping experience we purchased 2 twin XL mattresses with a 20-year warranty, 2 twin XL head and foot adjustable bases, a pillow, 2 mattress protectors and a $20 removal fee for our old mattress (which they will recycle) for a total of only $300 more than we were thinking for just the mattresses originally. We also got free “white glove” delivery/setup scheduled for within less than a week of our purchase. We’re really looking forward to the luxury of the new adjustable bases and to a quality sleep thanks to Lisa and the Mattress Warehouse...
