Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in California

I've eaten at some pretty disgusting places before. Places that have had flies everywhere, old and malfunctioning cooking equipment, obvious and blatant health hazards, but this Round Table takes the pie. I've never been to an establishment so filthy and poorly managed before in my life. I went here on a Saturday night and they weren't busy (red flag right there). The entire place was disgusting. Food was all over the ground, tables hadn't been cleaned at all, and they had supplies out & about everywhere. This wasn't even the bad part though. They HAD 10 (T-E-N) employees 'working' there that day. All of them were either sitting around, on their phone, or casually talking. I figured their brooms, towels, and trashcans were all broken or something since they all seemed to ignore the filth. Now onto the food. I ordered some wings and wanted some ranch to eat them with. The wings were very undercooked (extremely cold on the inside) and the ranch was FROZEN. I dined in and couldn't even finish my food. The filth everywhere basically destroyed my appetite and unlike the employees, I couldn't ignore it. I was here for about 20 minutes and somehow no one was able to clean anything up in that time. I didn't even bother asking them to recook the wings since no cares were given about anything else. Do yourself a favor, eat literally anywhere else. Even if it's inconvenient or costs more. The pizza was great. The lady who took my order not so much. I went there Thursday with a friend and then Friday by myself. Oct 20th and 21st the same lady helped me both times she is very rude maybe she hates white people...or people in general, especially if you get something free with your rewards and her little scanner doesn't work she says things to make it seem like your cheating the system. She always says its not gonna scan a picture of the code. ( when I'm using the code directly from the app) qrc code. I haven't been there for a while because she said similar things last time I was there. She won't tell me her name so I can report her to corporate. But thes a big Hispanic lady with blonde hair....she needs to go she is so rude its not comfortable to go in there, and any errors are always the customers fault. I read reviews and I think that other people have complained about her as well. When they ask you to email customer support and you take the time to re write the whole thing over, they could care less because they don't contact you so...

I went in to pick up a pizza and although there were 10 or more people behind the counter...no one spoke to me for a solid 2 minutes. I even stood right in front of the register while they talked to each other and ran around ignoring me. Then, I asked for a salad bar to go while I waited got the pizza ...while I was getting my salad they run over and say...your pizza is done! They were trying to hand me the pizza box while I got my salad. They opened and closed the box so fast and said- is this ok? My back was to them and I just said I’d get the pizza after I finished packing the salad. I got home and pizza was burnt!! What idiot cannot recognize a burnt pizza? How would I have thought it was ok? OMG...too tired to go back as I’d been working 12 hours but I won’t go back. $30 for one burnt...
