Our dog and I stumbled upon this park this morning as we were walking on a trail in Carbondale. What a treasure. Our dog loves to walk on trails and off leash is the best. He made quick friends with other dogs and got to do what he likes best, run free on trails while always keeping tabs on me. Way better than just a regular dog park IMO.

This is a open, dog friendly, nature area. It has a nice walking trail and convenient parking. If you are looking for a place to get some fresh air that's level ground, with nice views in the distance, when you are in Carbondale this is a good choice.

I have been going to this dog park for years! Simply the best! They have a trail around and through the park with a stream and a pond. It's probably 3 football fields long. My dogs get so much exercise and socialization every weekend!

I have been going to this dog park for years! Simply the best! They have a trail around and through the park with a stream and a pond. It's probably 3 football fields long. My dogs get so much exercise and socialization every weekend!

This was a fantastic 32-acre off-leash dog park in the east side of Carbondale. We went there three times during our visit to the region. There is a creek, several ponds and lots of room for the dogs to run. The old log cabin, the views of Mt. Sopris and the surrounding red rocks really made for...

My new favorite place! My dog loves open fields and dog parks don't usually offer that with the luxury of fencing and other dogs. I love that this offers that while also a community of people who know about it makes it always seem like there are just enough furry friends for my dog...
