I never leave reviews about anything but this is nuts. I've seen the hair results and everything, they look awesome, I do not doubt a stylist's work. However, when I did try to book an appointment, it sent me a "pending" request. 20 minutes before my requested time on that specific date, I got a text that that particular stylist denied it. I apologize for sounding rude, I understand that the stylist may have had something come up (nothing of my business), but 20 minutes before my time? I don't live in the area.
