Black Nugget Bar — Restaurant in Carbondale

I visited Black Nugget Bar last friday along with my colleague from work. Friday night being the weekend we were expecting a good crowd and our wish was heard.

Being new to Aspen, one of my friends from Carbondale recommended this place to me. The entry charges were 3 dollars each.

The bar looks chic and classic. The bartender was courteous as well. I asked him to go ahead with Colorado based brewed beer. His choice of beer was really good. I ended up drinking three mugs of it. My friend went ahead with cocktails and his review was also positive.

The band playing live music took the energy to the next level and we ended up dancing as well along with drinking. The crowd was also top notch. I ended up making a few friends. I highly recommend this place to seekers of all sorts. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here! I am going...

This place felt like a local hot spot and had a very nice environment. Friendly staff and even had a furbaby dog to greet us. This was our first stop before signing into the airbnb, so hubby enjoyed his drink after a long drive. I couldn't have any alcohol due to dietary restrictions at the time so I was hoping they had coffee. That would be the one thing I would recommend is to have coffee available. I can only drink water, milk, and coffee so I had limited options. But besides that I enjoyed the visit as it was a nice place to rest a lil before...

Hanz is the owner, he is a great guy. The Black Nugget, is Carbondale's, Locals, Hot spot. Carbondale celebrates, First Friday's, with the entire community, hosting Art Walks, Live music, Saturdays, is the best DJ's, spinning, the best jam's and Dancing.
