Yes, please. I'm thoroughly impressed. Stopped in with the family for lunch. Perfect occasion for sandwiches and empanadas. I had the sausage sandwich, my wife had the braised beef sandwich and my son had beef empanadas. While I'm tempted to say that the chimichurri is the star of the table, the meats are delicious, the bread is fresh and wonderfully crusty and chewy, and the pickled eggplant was a surprise delight. On this occasion it was not very busy, which was pleasant (even though Bodegon deserves a whole lot more attention). Based on their menu, I'll be very excited to go back at the next opportunity. Argentinian food, in Carbondale CO??? it was Amazing! Soo much flavor in one dish! The Empanadas were awesome had 1 of each. The carpese was my favorite of the 2 but the beef was great as well. I forgot the name of the dish I had but can see it pictured. The beef was tender the toppings on it were super fresh. The chimichurri sauce served with the bread was also packed full of flavor. A good selection of wines were available of course Argentinian malbec was my choice.

Authentic Argentinean restaurant. Found on a quiet but lively street in Carbondale, this place brings a genuine experience of Argentinean culture, with excellent food and fantastic ambience.
