Burger King — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Hey Mr corporate I got a few words for you.

I came through your drive-thru today and bought five burgers and some fries and the guy at the drive-thru complained about giving me some extra ketchup packages. I said you didn't give me any to begin with and then you handed me four and I asked for a few more and you complained I said I just bought $15 worth of burgers and fries and you can't give me some extra ketchup oh no sir that's just how it is that's how our corporate works. I was very angry and I drove off and then I started to eat my food and the buns were cold and the cheese was cold and there was about a half a square of ketchup and mustard on there there wasn't even a whole package on the burger. You couldn't have spread the mustard and ketchup across half of the bun. And you guys complain about giving some extra ketchup y'all are ridiculous. I hate the fact that I eat fast food but sometimes I crave it but I will never be back to your sorry establishment. You have a few good employees but I don't know you need some adult supervision I guess.

Just a few days before that I came through your drive-thru the other day and got five tiny cheeseburgers for $13. The buns were hard and cold so they had to remake them and then they were hard and cold again. I didn't have time to wait again. Your food hasn't changed since I was a kid and I'm 52 years old. But I remember the food used to be good. You guys don't even know how to make a bun warm. And you complain about some ketchup packages laughable. Just some constructive criticism for you and your employees I asked to speak to you but I could not get you on the phone I was Fed up lucky for you. I will leave this for everybody to see though. Too bad you guys can't run a decent business anymore as much as you charge for everything you're 50 cent burgers are now 2.50 and they're worth less than they used to be because they're not even good anymore. If I could give this visit negative stars I would. We ordered ahead on the app and then drove there got in line. When we got to the speaker to give them our order number we sat and sat and sat. I finally said hello and a lady came on and said she didn't know why they weren't taking my order. We told her our number and pulled around. We sat and sat and sat at the window multiple times being asked what our order was and being offered several different peoples orders. I suggested we pull around and come inside as the line in the drive thru behind me was wrapped all the way around the building. Me and my wife walked inside and stood in line and let them know why we were there and our order number. We waited and waited and waited. It was unusually Hot in there like the a.c. was out. Multiple people received there meals and then they finally brought ours out. When I walked up to help my wife get our food I looked in the food prep area it was in disarray. There was greasey floors with uncooked onion rings and French fries all by the fry stations. There was empty trash boxes and full trash cans throughout the prep area. Lettuce and other vegetables on the floor. The area where they slide the burgers up looked as if it hadn't been wiped down all day. There were a total of 6 people I seen working 1 of wich was chewing on food as he was making burgers another of which was coughing without covering his mouth and I only seen 1 person with gloves. The ice was empty at the soda machines. The sprite tasted like carbonated water per my 13 yr old son. My burger had more mustard on it than lettuce or tomato. 1 of our junior whopper came with 2 top buns wich at this point the whole family found hysterical 🤣 . Point being I do not normally complain about fast food joints because that's what they are fast food but this place seriously needs to do better. Come Burger King Out There Looking Like A...

I haven't gone to B.K. much here but it's always been good service and food. They even gave a discount when didn't ask for it! If you think ours is bad,go to Artesia! They mess up your order,charge your card,then tell you they can't give you a receipt! We get 2 here! And that$3.50 milkshake came in a water cup and was half whipped topping! Thank you Carlsbad B K.

Update.. I'm new to using online ordering and can be confusing! A woman named Terry I think, helped us figure it out. They are usually eager to help! Update on free Walmart+Whopper week. We had to buy at least a $1 so I got extra tomato and cheese. Guess what...no cheese and a PIECE of lettuce! Y'all can do better BK! I stopped going there quite a while back because they kept getting my order WRONG and I told the young gentleman at the window that speed is NOTHING without accuracy. While I'm talking he slammed the window in my face! Just had to have a crescent one morning and he wasn't there so I started going back. McDonald's and Wendy's don't mess up my order especially for something I pay extra for! Wendy's is closer and has frostys! Please do better so I can keep eating...
