I also don't see why there are any negative reviews about this store. So, like someone else mentioned, go see for yourself. So happy to have a Goodwill here in PR! A very good store. I've been to MANY all over the states and this one is great! Nice variety of clothing. My husband and I both found good quality pieces of clothing. Many name brand pieces and I saw quite a few things with original price tags. The prices of only some things are about $1 more than where we lived in TX but still VERY affordable. Looks like there is still room for more clothing, shoes, housewares and things like that. The store was very clean and tidy. The employees were helpful, professional, and friendly. Good inventory and I'm sure this store will continue adding to its inventory and be a great asset to the area. Just be aware that there are currently no dressing rooms to try on clothing but you can return items within 14 days. Just remember to leave the tags on and keep your receipt until you have confirmed you will be keeping the item. And of course you can drop off donations there yourself. I do not know what the bad reviews are about. This is why I always go to a place to form my own opinion instead of letting negative comments dictate what I think or do. The Good Will in Carolina is a well located new building with lots of parking spaces. Upon arrival at the drop off donations platform I was greeted by a friendly, polite young man (this never happened to me at the Salvation Army). He welcomed me and thanked me for me.
