I came here to get a scalp treatment and had a terrible experience. I paid $100 for someone to spray essential oils on my hair and to wash my hair for a so-called "scalp" treatment. The lady who did my hair was also very unprofessional. She literally sprayed the essential oils onto my eyes and let the liquid drip into my eyes and didn't bother covering them. Also, when she was shampooing my hair while I was still seated in my chair, she got the shampoo into my eyes and it BURNED my eyes. She let me go to the restroom to rinse them out and finally put a visor on my forehead to prevent any more shampoo (or any liquid) to get in my eyes. However, I felt that she should have gave me this at the very beginning.

Also, during the time I was there, they did not explain to me the whole treatment process due to the language barrier (since most spoke Korean only and little English). They kept trying to get me to buy their products and to come back once every 3 weeks for this scalp treatment. I understand that English is not their first language but they did not take the effort to explain to me what was wrong with my scalp or why I should come back.

Lastly, after the lady styled my hair, my hair was already oily and hard so I had to go back to my hotel and wash it again.

I went to this salon in August in hopes of getting red hair color. Of course I would need bleach because my hair was dark, but the lady only cut my hair and put on red dye that did basically nothing to my hair. I even asked her to cut my bangs more and make it look like curtain bangs but she told me no and left it at a length under my chin. I thought they would listen to customers but it felt like I did not have an option. My inspiration picture that i showed her did not look like my end result. At the end, it just looks like my hair had been curled like i would do on my own. Then I proceeded to pay $150 and it just felt like a scam. I did not feel good that whole day and kept telling myself it’s not as bad as I thought. I truly felt bummed out. It’s a terrible experience. I made a call for a reservation before visiting there, and the staff asked me was there any hair designer that I prefer. So I told them who I want to get my haircut from. But when I went there, the designer just refused me and tossed to other staff. But that’s was okay because there would be a reasonable reason. But the tragic part is the staff cut my hair looks like back in the 1990s. I can’t believe how my hair turned out. And I saw the designer who refused me kept looking at my hair.
