Kidtopia — Attraction in Carrollton

We go here at least 2x a week for the past 3 months and i'm not going to give 1 star because of one bad experience. Given what I believe the owner care about this place... I would like to make a comment.

on 8/5, around 5-6pm ish, there were 2 kids that were roughhousing pretty hard. They were running around almost running into other kids, hogging items when they weren't using, and making threatning gesture to other kids.

All the parents I made eye contact were thinking the same thing "I wish i could smack the crap out of this kids." My kid is 16 month and the kid that were making threating gesture was at least 8. The older one seem almost middle school.

Its easy to focus on the bad things, but I had good experience here so I hope the owners are more selective about the customer. This event doesn't change my opinion of this place, but it can ruined for someone's 1st visit seeing such environment.

p.s: Compliments to the employee who tried to handle the situation right away after I made a comment. But there is limit to what she could done without...

My daughters and nephews really enjoyed this place. We had seen it and were just waiting for it to open to take them. The entryway is small and the place was pretty full when we went so it was hard to find somewhere to put our shoes and somewhere to sit but we were there long enough that it started clearing up. They kids all had fun and would like to go back though. The staff was very friendly and kept the place clean. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it seemed crammed with so...

Pretty cool place for little kids, but holy crap turn the a.c down we are in Texas. You can look around and all the customers are sweating while chasing there kids around which leads to an unpleasant experience while trying to escape the heat. You can see the thermostat by the area where you pay and its set to 77 degrees. 77 is not hot until there is absolutely no air movement which leads to muggy...
