It was one of the worst experiences, I arrived and was helped by a girl who wanted to pull out my nails no matter how painful it was. It bothered me and I told her to stop. The manager, upon seeing the situation, tried to resolve what was happening. She took care of making me the maintenance on my nails, he told her that I would have a week's guarantee because before the week a nail fell off and several came off, I couldn't go within the week but after 9 days, when the girl saw me and I told her What happened bothered me and I had a guy do the job for me who did it very very badly. They don't know how to do nails. What they do is steal from people by giving bad service. I would never go back and I don't recommend it. Very bad job. I won't even go anywhere in China for nails. What they do is make them last a week to keep getting the money from you. This place is the reason I will continue to do my nails at home. DEPLORABLE customer service. I asked for a simple pointed almond acrylic manicure with tips. The technician made no attempt to soak my old tips off and instead opted to PRY them off, thereby ripping the top layers off each of my nails. My nail beds were so thin they hurt for 2 days after my "manicure" On top of that, the shaping, colors, and application were sloppy and when I pointed out issues he argued with me instead of fixing it. The best part though was when I tried to point out the incorrect shaping on my ring finger. Instead of fixing the issue the woman (who seemed to be in charge as the person who did my nails went outside to smoke right after "finishing" my nails) used her FINGER to push the polish down. Overall, one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. Oh, and I was charged for a set removal which I found quite laughable considering how the technician just ripped my nail beds off. Do....

The staff is very kind and the service is not bad, but the person who did my pedicure hurt me a lot. I was in pain for over a week. I’ve gotten pedicures here a couple of times and they always help with cutting out my ingrown nails. The guy I had this time didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the language barrier was huge (I even used google translate) He was very rough handling my nails, but I didn’t say anything bc I thought he was cutting it off. I had puss coming out of my toes and the pain was intolerable for the first couple of days. On top of that my nails were not painted correctly. I had annoying little bumps and some parts of my nail were not painted at all. The clear coat did go on my skin, which also caused discomfort….
