They left a NOTE in my account stating I told their delivery driver to “die in a firey crash?”, and that’s the reason they won’t deliver to my parents address?! First, I NEVER said that in FEB 2016! Second, my parents are full-time truck drivers so I’m 100% sure they don’t want ANYONE to crash their car! This store is ran by people with a 9th grade education who hang up on you and refuse to take responsibility for their employees egregious actions. They’ve hung up on me several times and it always takes longer than an hour to get my food, and regardless, I ALWAYS tip well because I know what it’s like to work for someone like this franchise owner (it sucks! :D). We’ve ordered from them since the alleged 2016 “issue”, and never had any issues up until yesterday. PJ United, the franchise GM, refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Don’t waste your time. Go to Dominos. They got our pizza to my mom’s house in 20 minutes AND it was hot and delicious. They take our hard earned money, unlike this poor excuse of an establishment. I’d like to escalate this further because notating someone’s account with false information is LIBELOUS and also extremely childish, but I’m very satisfied with my experience elsewhere. I don’t want anything free out of this. I want someone to own up and take responsibility for their poor customer service. Losing “one customer” isn’t just losing one customer. As a prior store manager myself, I know the value of EXCELLENT customer service and I would never treat someone the way I have been treated. There is NO excuse to notate anyone’s account negatively. Read moreHorrible experience. Not into online ordering at all. So i call to make sure it was correct. Then of course, not right. Then i call back i get the manager " she hangs up in me. Btw, Someone is knocking at my door, guess who... the order....i got pizza i got the bread sticks that i had to call to order , cause online couldn't do it right. I called to cause i didn't get the chicken i originally ordered online and made clear i wanted when i called. But apparently no one could get it right after online order and calling to make sure it was right, WOW, I'D CONSIDER ORDERING HERE AT ALL, ONLINE OR CALLING, NEITHER WORKED FOR ME. and when i called talked to a MANAGEMENT THEY HUNG UP. i did call back. The very completely polite girl said they were"short handed", i'm sorry but that's NOT MY PROBLEM, I used them cause i liked the chain, but i wasn't impressed on service or the conduct of the so called management. Read moreI always write good reviews when I’ve gotten good service, And normally never give bad feedback. However the last experience we had was horrible. My family and I had been moving into our new house all day so it was late and we ordered pizza, because cooking while moving is never easy. So I Called in gave the new address, phone # ect, placed our order. 2hrs later no pizza by this time it was 10:30. I called back in and the girl was so rude saying we were out of their delivery range. 1st of all that seems like something you would tell us up front so that we could come pick up our order, or at least call us and tell us that we were out of delivery range. We sat and waited on the pizza had I not called we would have never known. I was most infuriated that they couldn’t even give us a courtesy call. Plus by this point my child is starving to death, so now at 10:30 we have to figure something else out for food. The manager didn’t make the situation any better. I order papa johns all the time it’s my favorite, and now I’m sad to say we will NEVER EVER use this location again. I was completely shocked by the way they handled...
