I wish I could give zero stars. I have tried this location 3 times and all 3 have been absolutely terrible experiences.
I will start with the layout. The fountain machine is directly next to the pickup counter where everyone is waiting to get their food. It creates a very cramped area and completely blocks the outside dining area door. It is possibly the worst layout I have even been in for a fast food restaurant. People constantly trying to move past each other and the guest seated in that corner are left with other guests standing against their table while they eat. Awkward...
Service....it is terrible. There is ZERO leadership at this store. Employees seem to work in a very random manner. Guest wait at the register for service for far too long and the self order kiosks are too cumbersome complicated for most guest to use. I watched many attempt it, get frustrated and then just order at the counter. Saw another instance of this happen again today.
The employees taking your order are nice, but past that, there isn't much else to say in a positive way. The drive through to dine in ratios are completely wrong as they will clear the drive through sometime 3-4x before dine in guests get a meal. It creates a large pool of people at the already crowded order pickup area and I saw 2 guest leave today before they even ordered due to the general lack of customer service.
Today, 09-27-19, an employee came in what looks like before their shift. They got a drink cup, went to the dine-in area fountain machine, overfills the cup with Mountain Dew and gets it all over her hand. Instead of wiping her hand off on a napkin, she just shakes it off all over the floor. She sets the overfilled cup on the counter, puts a lid on it then leaves to the back food prep side area. The drink overflowed onto the pickup counter, but the employee just walked off and left liquid all over the counter. I ended up wiping up as it was disgusting and did not want to see a guest get it on their clothes by accident.
After around 12-15 minutes, I finally got my order....and of course it was wrong. Instead of waiting even longer to attempt to have it fixed, I opted to just eat what I got and leave.
My prior 2 visits were equally disappointing. Very long wait times, incorrectly made menu items and uncomfortably crowded. I was hoping they would figure it out as time went on since it is a new store, but they have not.
This location has such potential to be a very nice addition to the brand, sadly it lacks any appealing attributes at the moment to justify going back. At this point, it is not a matter of if this store will close, but when unless someone from their district or corporate group get involved. There is a serious need for guidance, hiring and general training at this location.

Read moreI've managed a couple Taco bells in my career and this is the ONLY one I WON'T EAT AT ilI won't even get a drink at this location. After coming thru many times as a customer, and occasionally while in my mgmt uniform, I have found unsanitary conditions, company regulations as rules not being followed, many food safety (servsafe) regulations and rules not observed or addressed or corrected, which I'm shocked hadn't gotten anyone sick yet, uniform issues... now the crew is friendly and happy which is great but they are lackadaisical and either unwilling to correct or unaware of food and customer safety issues and they'll stave around talking before, for example, cleaning up a spill or closing the fridge door or checking temps or cleaning bathrooms. The managers I've seen are unorganized overwhelmed unprepared thru don't command respect and delegate properly, they don't staff properly, and their priorities for the store are all mixed up. Its corporate not franchise so it's going to be more lax than franchise as there's not a much upper management or field supervision with corporate stores but I wish I could fix it because I live pretty much across the street ave I have to go to Acworth if i want a Taco or happier hour...
Read moreAnd here's round 2, I went to this joke of a fast food establishment today and order a chicken cassadia meal, large baja, and added a gordita crunch, and a CHICKEN flat bread.... Now everything about this order is simple, So please tell me why I opened the CHICKEN flat bread and all there is, is cheese? HOW DID YOU.... How do you forget to add meat... And why is all of my food cold. You people need to be retrained or fired at this point. I belive it's a safety hazard to have any of you handling food. I'm willing to bet yall have poisoned a few people by either not even trying to cook the food fully, or just being lazy at this point.
