This place isn’t even worth a star. First and foremost the woman at the counter , is rude , has an attitude constantly. The store manager is also the same , leaving threats , came to my house banging on windows , both doors , nearly breaking my front door window. When owed a good chunck of money, they are suppose to send a sopena , but will the store manager was telling me he was going to have the cops arrest my roommate at work if she didn’t return the merchandise which is illegal (he has a connect) Never again will I work with this rent a center . This is one of the worst storms I've ever seen in my life. They have roaches in there washers and dryer's. Me and my husband had bought a TV from them and the store manager said that we could get the TV back to days after we make the payment come to find out they had sold the TV that the manager had promised to us.
