Main Street Nails & Spa — Attraction in Cartersville

I was excited to find what seemed to be a nice place for a pedicure in Cartersville. NEVER AGAIN!!! It appears that only 1 person in the building spoke English. Very frustrating. A male did my pedicure and it seemed like he had only ever done two in his life time. He had no clue what he was doing. I couldn't talk to him because again, NO English!! He never even got the dead skin around two big toes or calluses. The place was pretty busy. While sitting there a woman walked in and asked for a manicure. The boss lady told another lady that worked there that she needed to do her manicure. The other lady told her that she was hungry and needed to go get her lunch. The boss lady told her no, that she need to do the manicure right away!! The other employee was pissed!! I posted a picture below as to what I requested to have done and what I actually received. Luckily, I caught it before he started on second foot. The package I chose was the $35 one. Showed them the picture of the red, white and blue paint that I had requested. They charged me $30 just to paint(gel) my toes the red, white and blue!! So I paid $65 for what?! The ABSOLUTE worst pedicure ever That's insane!!! This place had really good reviews so I was hopeful I would have a good experience, but instead I left in tears. Maria was honestly pretty lazy and kind of rude. I told her one of my nails had broken and she just painted over it. Didn't acknowledge it at all or even really look at it. I ended up having to just cut my nail short when I got home because it was starting to scratch me, which is really disappointing because I've been trying to keep my nails healthy and a little longer for my wedding. She hardly said a word to or me (but took a phone call in the middle of the service). She never gave me a chance or told me where to look myself for colors for the builder gel, she just chose for me and painted a full hand without asking if I was okay with it. And didn't ask about length or shape at all so the shape looks awful and then lengths are uneven. And I would have said something, but she was going so fast with the electric file and cutical clippers that it was hurting. Now I have to spend money to get them redone (as I'm in someone else's wedding this weekend and they are bright white and so thin) and I feel like I threw money down the drain. New to the area, so first time to the salon, went in for an acrylic fill just plain no design. The guy started off good up until the painting portion. had to redo 3 times and some fingers a 4th time. Within the same day one had chipped at the corner, i thought no big deal. Then after taking a shower they had all chipped almost half way off and felt like wet paint and we’re just coming off. They looked as bad as, if not worse then they did when i went it to get them redone but that had been a month+ worth of damage to them, this was all in the same day. And today after waking up, The acrylic is starting to chip off along with the paint now. Scared to even go back and ask for them to get fixed since they had to redo them 3-4 times in the first place and still sent me out with what apparently wasn’t ready to be.
