South Hills Mall and Plaza — Attraction in Cary

I visited Rose's on December 5, 2022 in the evening, this store is always neat but the customer service management team needs improvement for professionalism. I looked around and shopped and I was ready to check-out and the customers who were ahead of me was checking out as well and the young male cashier which seemed to be new because he didn't know how to do an exchange because he rung up all their purchased items and then tried to do the exchange which was supposed to be done first! I get that he's new so he calls another associate from the back and then she goes to say that you need to call someone in management to void this transaction or override it...so management comes out from the office near the women's clothing area..she comes out overrides the transaction and talks and laughs with the associate and customer briefly..sees me and another customer standing in line with only a few items looks at us and goes back and stands near the clothing racks in the women's department laughing and talking while we waited 15minutes or more the Customers in front of me with the exchange had their cart filled to the top plus stuff on the counter and the Exchange.....GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE SAID..I WILL TAKE YOU ALL OVER HERE ON THIS REGISTER AND NOT STAND AROUND AND TALK & LAUGH with another management associate.....Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong!!! I have worked in retail and management for a long time and I believe this matter should have and could have been handled better from now on I choose to shop at CVS or Walgreens even though it may cost a little more but at least I will get better customer service......Poor...

..well today I went too DS. Rest in Cary..It Always nice too visit that Place Even with a mask on these People know who I am.They are always Nice an Friendly, And the food is off the Chain..I orderd1order of their Greens 1 spoon full. It was off off the Chain .Oh MG also I orded3 slices of choc.cakes an 1 slice of coconut pie to hided it in the oven when I get home .My dog told my husband my her noseie. (Nose )Self. So today Day 1 order of Greens .I got 5 piece of choc.cakes an 1 slice coconut pie I haded too run insided of the dollar tree up the street an said Irene don't touch my Greens ok I want.I left the greens sitting there on the Dash board .an she is also The lady I take around to shop an to her Doctor All of her.visits..I get back out too the Car an wasn't thinking where is the food. That I was eating an she burst out laughing...what funny.Oh I Just ate your Food.I maded a U- turn an head back too DS Rest...but to many people was in line..so I couldn't waited but she gave me $3.00 for the cake .I'm sorry but why my food don't taste like that..Sorry but are you...

I love asian markets. The bok choy, mushrooms and seasonings are hard to find elsewhere. That said I'm only willing to go for three on this store because of smell and attitude. Walking in a rotten animal smell hits you right away. It's coming from their fish market. Half their fish is clear eyed a fresh....half will kill you if you eat it. The fresh tanks are beyond inhumane. Overly full (meaning cannibalism is rife) usually meaning full of antibiotics to keep them alive in those conditions. I love this places bakery. They have boba tea (avacado is my favorite) that just delicious. And the restaurant is wonderful. That said I have VERY rarely been treated well there. Rude is the common attitude, especially at the checkout. I went just two days ago. I will go again simply because I haven't found an alternative. But I'm looking.... especially with...
