Hive House — Hotel in Cary

This is a great hotel in a quiet location. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Check in was a breeze and the suite was lovely. We felt safe and were able to make ourselves right at home.||||There are two reasons I'm not giving it a 5-star rating: 1) The pillows were thin which impacted our sleep quality. 2) Communication was good. They sent an email to confirm my booking and even had me sign an electronic Reservation Confirmation that explained hotel policies. But I never received anything in writing about my estimated costs, or receipts for my deposit and final payment (I did check my spam and deleted email folders). I can only rely on the screenshots I took when I booked and my own bank statements. I'm confident that if I reach out, the hotel will provide some sort of receipts. What a great stay! This brand new property is a smart and very comfortable addition for the area. The fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, plates, silverware and dishwasher etc make a longer stay easy on the traveler. Love the design touches like the leather couch and cowhide area rug. I stayed at Hive House in Cary, NC over the weekend and really enjoyed it! The decoration was super pretty and modern, and the whole place felt fresh and welcoming.
