Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I was told to move to another line, being tired and disabled, I suggested that being disabled I didn't want to move line (had I been asked to allow the other customer to go first that would have been fine, but that didn't happen). I moved to the other line and had to hear her extol her virtues on having helped her go faster, that customer finished her transaction, and I was still waiting because customer I was directed to follow had a cart FULL of stuff. The employee and the now free cashier, continued to talk (so I could be sufficiently embarrassed) about how wonderful she was to have seen that the other customer was in line first (actually it was only a few seconds earlier as I was around standing behind the man and a display). So, I'm still waiting in line, the cashier where I was now empty and both talking about how she regulates the line and I'm getting angrier, Another customer walks up and is checked out before me! Yes, you alienated the woman who loves to craft, who has homes near the Morgan Hill CA location and the vacation home in Bend Oregon. yes, I should have walked out, but I promised my grandson that I would get the model. Read moreI needed 18 strands of garlands for a project. I thought I grabbed 18 and went to checkout.It took close to 15 minutes to untangle those stranded garlands But I realized it was only 16 strands.The cashier insisted it was 18 and I thought I had miscounted and since I didn't have time to recount and i was aware of other customers that were waiting it queue to be helped I didn't want to hold the line and paid for 18. While working on the project, I realized I was in short of exactly 2 strands. I went back to the store next day and told the same. I was give a weird look. The manager went to the back of the store to check the cam. The issue here is not about money. The real issue here is that it took 15 minutes for me to cash out the previous day whereas, the manager went all the way back to the store searched in the cam counted the number of strands that was bagged and didn't come out to say it face to face but call the cashier that they owed me only one strand within 5 minutes.. while it really took me and the cashier quite some time to bag those items. Making you feel like you are not telling the truth is not cool and I hope you teach your store manager on how to maintain good customer relation and also ability to face...

Florals on sales every other week, fabrics on sale every other week, the spring collection went on sale and almost everything was 50% off it was great to stock up on tons of spring goodies!! The lines are long because they don’t use barcodes in the store so the associates have to type every number by hand that is why it takes longer than usual stores to check out. So patience is key when you’re checking out! Great to see the store up and running fully again and adding more associates to help out! Everyone is always so kind and friendly and helpful. The women in fabrics are incredible and everyone is typically very knowledgeable about the store products. They get products in on mondays so shopping closer to Monday/Tuesday is the best days to get stuff before it runs out again. But shopping at hobby lobby any day is...
