I've been to more than 13 facial spas in the US, Europe and Asia, and Spa by Jing truly is a gem of a place.

Most important to Jing is healthy skin, which starts with proper cleansing. This is when you’ll see the standard of the facial spa. At Spa by Jing, they use world-class techniques and equipment at the price of a neighborhood spa. Just try it and you’ll find out. I still remember the first day I came to Spa by Jing, as a result of a Google maps search, I was very impressed and immediately asked Jing if I could purchase a bulk 10-session package. Unlike many spas I have been to where I hesitate to return for a facial, I trust Spa by Jing and feel relaxed, comfortable, well-cared for, and my skin is always radiant after a session at Spa by Jing.

In addition, unlike many spas in the business of making extra money, Jing and her aestheticians never once pressured me to undergo treatment extras. Instead, they evaluate my skin and treat me for my needs. For example, when I asked if my skin has lots of impurities, and thus need an extra hydramax treatment, Jing and Helen will give an honest assessment, sometimes they say yes, other times they say no the skin is just dehydrated and recommend a hydrating facial instead.

Moreover, the place is exceptionally clean and peaceful, Jing does all the laundry, there is a robot vacuum, there are fresh flowers and the people are really friendly. Jing also goes the extra mile to care for her aestheticians, such as making tonic soup for the health of her aestheticians. Helen also repeatedly gave me crisp vegetables from her garden. I really like the place and have repeatedly brought family and friends there.

Lastly, the place is nestled in a pretty neighborhood and there are playgrounds, parks, restaurants, stores and grocery stores nearby.

I had semi-permanent microblading for my eyebrows done at another facility before the pandemic. I did not like the results due to the harsh shape and very dark color. They made me look angry, as if I had a permanent scowl. This year, I decided to remove them and have them redone. After two laser removal sessions, I received new semi-permanent eyebrows at SPA by Jing. Jing performed all the procedures, including the initial microblading and two touch-up sessions. My experience has been very positive; I noticed great results after the first service. I like the shape and the overall experience. My eyebrows look natural and well-shaped. I also appreciate the color, which Jing customized to match my hair color. After the first visit, I noticed some slight fading, which is normal for this service. I showed Jing my photos, and she said "I will make it perfect for you". After she added some color and improved the shape, I offered to give her tips, but she kindly refused, saying it was not necessary. A couple of weeks later, I noticed a slight unevenness between my two eyebrows. Jing invited me back and corrected it at no additional cost. I really like my eyebrows—the color and the shape. They truly are the best eyebrows I have ever had! Each time, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jing, the manager and founder of the facility. She is very kind and makes the experience enjoyable. She is also very knowledgeable about facial care and semi-permanent microblading.
