I visited this store yesterday afternoon Sat., 4/23, with my family, and we were very disappointed with the level of customer service we received.
We waited in line for 15-20 minutes while three employees were standing near the front registers, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers.
When another female employee came back from break buried in her phone I reasonably asked “would it be possible to call for help so that another register could be opened—customers are starting to leave.”
She responded by snapping at me and sharply said “we’re understaffed, the whole world is understaffed and we're doing our best,” as if it was my fault.
I have never been treated so rudely by a retail employee, and I hope that this person is spoken to about the importance of providing good customer service.
I responded by affirming that I knew the world is understaffed and just asked if it were possible to call for help so customers won’t leave. She continued to argue with me and asked "would you rather have employees helping with the fitting room or register?” It took uttermost control not to respond to her unprofessionalism.
She then begrudgingly opened a register to help customers murmuring insults under her breath as she did.
I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my family and others who were in the store. I understand that employees might be under a lot of pressure these days, but that is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully.
We have been long-time Under Armour fans, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths.
Afterward, my 4-year-old son told me, "I didn't know girls could dress up like bad guys." Sadly, we will think twice before returning to your store or recommending...
   Read moreToday my husband and I visited this store for the first time. It was pretty busy since it's labor day weekend but we were enjoying our day having some time together. My husband has really been needing some new walking shoes so we started to grab a few pairs for him to try on. We had been in the store for about 15-20 minutes with him trying on a couple pairs and looking for other ones he liked when a worker went up to our stuff on the bench and just started putting away our stuff with us standing right near it. I told him, "sorry but we're still looking at those my husband was gonna try them on." He then very rudely commented on how we had pulled out too many when we had only pulled out 5 or 6 pairs and had been putting away every pair we were done with and had been cleaning up after ourselves. I don't know how you're supposed to buy something without trying on a few different ones. And after giving no announcements or telling us anything about when they were closing he was very frustrated and said they actually were already closed and he was mad we were still there. Now, the store was still full of customers looking at things so clearly they hadn't told anyone they would be closing soon. We were new to the store and the area, they could've just given us a heads up as we walked in and said hey we close in 15. Or given a store wide announcement at any point. There were also other customers that had walked in a few minutes prior that they said nothing to. I think they just avoided all the customers then went and yelled at them for being in the store still without any communication. We decided to leave right then and there.    Read moreBeen wearing their athletic socks for years and recently bought two new packages. They changed the design on the cuff of the ankle socks and they will not stay in your feet now. In shoes or without. Tried to exchange them without a receipt but had the CC I purchased them with and offered to pull up the transaction on my bank statement. They flatly refused to be of any help. Threw the socks in the trash as they are useless. Our family of four have been loyal customers for years, but after this incident we will never be back. The staff and management are a complete disappointment and their product quality compromised. Being 2020 most retailers have invested in proper technology to look up a transaction with the card used for purchase. They might want to take note.
