We had the BEST customer service tonight from Kylie. How amazing to get this customer service anymore! I wanted to steal her away to come work for me. We probably wouldn’t have bought anything because I felt lost outside of our St George store, not knowing where anything was. But she found us all we were looking for. Great customer service! As a local business owner in St George, I’m dying for people this awesome! My only suggestion for the store’s buyers- you are not well stocked on pre-teen clothing. 10-12 year old boy selection was not good. But your choice in hiring this awesome girl...

I live in Utah valley with shopping options all around me, but I would rather shop at Christensen’s than anywhere else. The quality of their merchandise is excellent, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and the new new store is modern, convenient and the perfect size. I’m not really a fan of huge department stores. I can always find something fun for myself, my husband and my kids (even my teenage boys who are kind of picky about clothes). I highly recommend...

Terrible experience. Within one minute of walking into the store, an employee came up to us and asked whether my boyfriend's shoes were his (holding up an empty shoe box to us ) or whether he just stole them from the shoe section!
