World Class Pawn & Jewelry — Attraction in Cedar City

Nice staff. The main reason I'm giving a good review, is that there have been two valuable items I have tried to sell in the past, that nobody else was interested in at all. I brought them here and this was the only place that took interest and wanted to buy them from me, and they actually respected how much the items were worth. One item, a sword, they offered me a decent amount of what it is potentially worth. Every other pawn shop have said they're not interested in buying it at all, and the only other one that offered me anything, only offered me like $2 for it, despite it being worth hundreds of dollars in resale value to an interested buyer. if another shop isn't interested in something because it might be difficult to sell, that is perfectly fine and the more power to them, but I really like that this place doesn't equate something as being a bit of a challenge to sell, with it being not worth their time and interest at all. The staff was very helpful in making my purchase and deciding what would best suite me and my needs. I came one Saturday and was assisted in deciding which pistol would be ideal for a first time handgun meant for the range/general home defense and came back the following weekend, not feeling any pressure yet made my purchase with all the help I could ask for. They were quick to help me out on both occasions and the process was very smooth. Can’t beat the free 3 year warranty they provide on new handguns as well. Glad I went with these guys as I’m sure I would’ve paid more and potentially been persuaded towards the higher end product just because it would be more money for the salesman/store. Not these guys. We had a really great experience, from the first phone call finding information to reserving the equipment, friendly, accurate, helpful service...all from the owner! The paintball guns and the rest of the equipment worked great and they were a lot of fun. However, when we arrived to pick up the guns etc the owner wasn't there, a lady helped us and she was extremely unfriendly, even rude, both times we had to encounter her, picking up and dropping off the equipment. Really disappointing. I will always have good things to say about the owner, the shop and the equipment we rented but I will also probably chose to not use you again if I have to...
