Iโm never one to leave bad reviews but I definitely want anyone who uses this pharmacy to know that itโs a complete gamble if youโre going to be connected to a professional and friendly staff member or one who is extremely rude and doesnโt take their job seriously. I had called for a refill two days ago and dealt with someone who shouldnโt be working in customer service let alone someone dealing with medications that impact someoneโs LIFE. She spoke to me like I was stupid and didnโt explain anything that could help me before ending the call with โwell weโll see what we can do.โ Iโm now off my medication cold turkey which severely impacts my day to day life. I call back today and was met with an extremely helpful employee, she explained the situation and told me i did in fact have a refill ALREADY ON FILE. Iโm very understanding about everything, maybe I wasnโt specific enough the first time calling. However, as someone who works in customer service, I will never understand people who are quick to be rude and act like youโre a bother especially when youโre trying to get something like medication. Itโs impossible to get them to do anything that requires more than 30 seconds of thought. They just will not listen and assume they know what youโre asking so tune you out. Itโs really, really frustrating. Iโve worked in healthcare and had to call pharmacies for yearsโ have never encountered one that so blatantly doesnโt want to help or understand you. I have to call repeatedly to get my controlled substance refilled each month even when I know my dr sent it in. I asked them if the med was coming as a different client or what but they were too busy to investigate so it just became a monthly pain in the a** for me.
This month they charged me for a prescription but didnโt give it to me. When I called to ask if it was still physically there like on the shelf they just told me I signed for it. Yeah, I was picking up 6 prescriptions. But god forbid anybody spend 15 seconds LOOKING for me.
Some of their employees are very nice when I come to the drive up window. If I was doing business in person, maybe it would be a better experience. But Iโm tired of feeling like Iโm bothering them and going...

I was told by the head pharmacist that they were out of that drug. I asked when the truck would be in with more and was told he didn't know when or if that drug would ever be in stock again. He caused so much panic and anxiety when he said that. Recently, I showed up and was told they didn't have a particular common cough medication on hand. I asked when the truck would be in. She left the counter to go check and came back and said they actually had some in the back. So why say they didn't have it? Did you just not want to fill it? They also don't call you when they don't have a drug or if they could just provide a partial (give the few pills they have) and then give me the rest when they have it. What the heck is up with this pharmacy? They used to be so good but in the past 2 years, they have been miserable to deal with.
