My family and I switched to us cellular from Verizon and it was the worst mistake we've ever made. They had told us what our bill was going to be monthly and it has changed 3 DIFFERENT times. We just joined 3 months ago and have had this many problems already. The guy we had when signing up didn't bother to tell us that Hotspot and out of country calls would cost more and the customer service guy I talked to told us that they sneak around telling you these things. Don't ever sign up for auto pay either. We had an auto payment come out for our bill which put it at a zero balance, they then took it upon themselves to take out an extra payment which was not authorized. Highly disappointed in us cellular and going to be going back to Verizon where our bill way...

They will assume (without even asking you) that you want to purchase $180+ worth of accessories and then include the cost in your monthly price and not explain other than saying it's a bundle that includes everything
They do the same with Device Protection and most other add-ons like tablet lines or home internet. Just assuming you want it and only getting consent on the monthly total cost. They call it assumptive selling, I call it scamming customers
They coach their representatives to do so and it you don't, you are put on performance write ups
This business doesn't care about it's customers but only profiting off of them and they can't even do it the right way... gotta trick you into...
   Read moreHonestly garbage experience lmao took me three visits, two of which were over an hour, to get a phone ordered to my house. I’m glad to have had that option so I’d didn’t have to go back.
Also like others have said they tried to put multiple other payment plans onto my bill (device protection they tried both visits and phone cases/chargers the first visit) without telling me. I had to check multiple times thoughout both of my visits how much exactly my bill was going to change and why.
Do your research and make sure you know exactly what the promotion says...
