This review is not indicative of my opinion of Goodwill as a company, just this store. I like coming here at least once a week to see what electronics they have and to pick up a few CDs. Thanks to this Goodwill I have a CD player, cassette deck, A/V reciever, and 5.1 speaker system for only ~$80 (new price would've been ~$3400 considering inflation). I've also gotten lucky with the functionality of the electronics. I've bought around 8 pieces of equipment and only 1 hasn't worked, and it was a low quality VCR that I was desperate to get at the time. I have since bought a second one (at this Goodwill) that works. This store is not perfect, though. I'll list some negatives: 1. No restrooms 2. No dressing room (there used to be one) 3. There is almost always only 1 register open. Only a few times have I seen 2 open. I have never seen all 4 open. This usually isn't a big deal but there have been a couple instances where I've had to wait a few minutes while holding a 15 lb piece of equipment. 4. Some weird people come here 5. CDs are $3 per. I feel like $1.50 or $2 per would be a better price, especially since most of the stuff you find is Christmas, religious, or classical music. At Rainy Day Records up in Olympia used CDs are usually $1, sometimes $3, but you find more mainstream stuff there. The latter two are a bit objective but the former three are legit. Don't come here if you need to use a restroom. Included are pictures of interesting items I have seen/bought here

First-time visit to the Goodwill in Centralia on Harrison. Wow! I was very impressed on the set up and how the store looks on the inside. Very spacious and spread out with big signs letting the customers know where such things are and what departments are where! No comparison to the crammed in Goodwill in Longview Washington! Went in to look for a specific piece of furniture but no such luck. Overall, the store is very well organized, neat and organized. Thank you for a good first impression of your store! plan to stop by again in the near future!

I always feel like dollar stores and thrift shops are always a gamble. I haven't been to this Goodwill in years and was so glad I went! The store has been rearranged and really looks great. I found two matching lamps that I had to buy and some clothes that were my style also. I had to control myself from all of the nice finds. I know Goodwill's items always change but the amount of items I wanted definitely makes me want to go again!

I had the oddest interaction at the donation center this morning. The gentleman just stood there as I unloaded 6 heavy boxes onto the ground. He didn't wheel the cart over even though he could clearly see I needed it. I even gave him a heads up telling him I had alot of stuff, giving him an indication that I needed the cart. After I placed the 6th box on the ground I looked at him and said "can I please have a cart?" He replied "yeah I was going to say you could hand me them one by one" good sir, are you really suggesting that I lift these 10 lb boxes over my head to you?? You saw me struggling to get them out of my car, in what world could I have done that? The interaction swiftly ended with me loading the boxes into the cart myself, without him...

Goodwill, your community has noticed the substantial price increases. We can go to visiting nurses, new life, the swap meet at yard birds, and often retail for cheaper. You can choose to do something about it, or you will lose more business and you will continue to have the same stock on hand for years on end. I stopped being a regular customer more than 4 years ago, I occasionally stop in to see if anything has changed. The only change I have seen is the prices continue to climb and merchandise that was there months ago is still there, priced at or around retail(sometimes higher). Google doesn't let me rate this lower than 1 star...really...
