Should have known it would be bad by the food on the walls but we were tired and hungry so we tried it anyway. Worst decision ever! The waitress was nice and tried to make us feel comfortable but the food was just really bad. The salsa tastes like glorified ketchup, my husband said his "macho' burrito (I think that is the name of it) was very undeserving of the name and that the meat tasted like fake meat. I'm sure it was real meat but it didn't taste like it apparently. My granddaughter ordered the kids nacho, cheese and chips add beef, and she couldn't even eat it. This girl eats everything and couldn't choke this down! She did agree with the waitress though, the fries were pretty good and that is all she ate for dinner. Me, I ordered a chicken Quesadilla, simple enough, can't screw that up.. WRONG! It came out partially grilled on one side and not grilled at all on the other. It looked and tasted like it was microwaved with a tiny bit of grill marks for show. I never speak up but this time I sent it back because there was no way I was paying for this. By the time it came back out my husband finished eating what he could, my granddaughter had finished her Frenchfries and I again have a plate of floppy soggy chicken quesadilla but this time the cheese and plate is so hot I can't eat it. The whole time we were there all I wanted was taco time because even that was better than the food we were trying to choke down. We ate there one other time a few years ago and I remember it wasn't very good but after this time, we won't be back. It really was awful. I mean, how hard is it to make a quesadilla, tortilla, cheese, and shredded chicken grilled on both sides? Obviously impossible at this place. I didn't complain the second time because why would I? The first time just got me reheated food, who knows what a second complaint would have gotten me.. Anyway, I don't usually wrote reviews but this place is just not worth the money we paid and I won't be going back. To the manager of the Centralia WA location by the outlets when food gets sent back at your restaurant, take a minute and address the customer so they know you want to do better. It is very apparent by other reviews and now my personal experience that doing better is not the agenda. Seems to me the reviews just continue to decline just...

Ordered tacos autentico. Thought that if there's any dish to order that can't be messed up, this has to be it. Street tacos, come on... How bad can they be?

This was decided prior to looking around, as I passed my dining neighbors on my way to my table. Nobody's dish in this restaurant appeared appetizing. I could tell straight away that they use poor quality, canned ingredients, and nothing is hand prepped. This might've been okay in the 90's when nobody knew what real Mexican food is, but this is a huge fail today. This comes from someone who is native to the opposite side of the border!

The dish described cilantro and pico de gallo topping your seasoned meat with 3 corn tortillas. The corn tortillas were awful, and the cilantro was mostly absent, cooked with the meat. The pico de gallo was completely absent and had instead been put on top of what was best described as coleslaw. The side of beans and rice were clearly the generic garbage that comes pre-prepped straight out of the can.

If I had anything good to say about the dish: the reheated chicken that was in the taco was seasoned well.

The worst part of the meal was the free chips and salsa. The salsa was also canned, with a heavy taste of tomato paste. My guess is heinz had a deal going on, and they just added hot sauce. There were no vegetables present in the salsa whatsoever. Now that I think about it, they probably used heinz hot sauce. Like, from the gas station.

The atmosphere was dirty and outdated, but the service was great from the single server working. The hostess appeared to be doing nothing at all. Not even a greeting from the hostess, so we walked to the bar to eat.

Will not return, would not recommend. My guess is they stay afloat because of the unknowing freeway victims that pass through town. There are SO MANY other great Mexican food places in town that offer high-quality food at a way cheaper price. Those places offer fresh food and flavor at no...

So my review is on who ever owns this establishment. I called a couple days ago and wanted to order Teto's burger. The price is listed for $9.95 when I call the young lady who answered said never heard of it. I then said its on your online menu she says oh let me go see anyone here knows about it. I was told they could make it but it wouldn't have the Anaheim Chili. I told her okay no problem. 15 min later when I arrived a young lady at the front reception asked if I wad picking up i told her my name and she said okay its 26 and some change. I said wait what the online menu said its $9.95 she said yea the online menu isnt accurate. We dont go by those prices. Who ever owns the establishment doesnt update it. I told her respectfully as she was trying her best to be polite and resolve the issue, you realize thats illegal the posted price is what you charge. She said yea we know but we cant because thats not an accurate menu. I replied its active on your website with your phone number here at the restaurant. She said yea let me see if a manager is willing to try and change the price but I doubt they will especially that low. So I walked out I didnt buy the food and left it there. Its highly ILLEGAL to charge people one price in the restaurant and have a posted price online. And anyone who has been over charged should go in and speak with them about it. Idk why...

Casa Ramos is a part of the Azteca Mexican Restaurant family. We are so glad we ate here while we were in Centralia for the weekend. The food was really good, just like other Azteca brand restaurants. The staff was really nice, quick, and friendly. The restaurant is in a convenient location right off of I-5. The vibe is very casual with a typical Mexican restaurant vibe. The prices are very reasonable. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the amount of vegetarian options that were available. For an appetizer, we had the chips and queso. For entrees, I had the vegetarian quesadilla with seasoned vegetables and my wife had a Mexican vegetable rice bowl. For dessert, I had the deep fried ice cream. The food was all delicious, savory, and full of flavor. The food came out warm and had great Mexican seasoning. The dessert was also very savory! Overall, if you’re looking for a quick place to have some great Mexican Food, I definitely recommend Casa Ramos. I also highly recommend them for my fellow vegetarians.

Boss calls me and says go to Casa Ramos...so I do...meet with him and a co-worker to eat..two of us get the tacos al pastor and other dish was quesadilla plate. Met by very nice staff and looked real nice inside...my first time there...served salsa n chips right away...sauce was ok...needed more punch...quesadilla looked good..boss got nice cheese pull off it..was gone in no time... Pastor tacos.....one of my favs...was average..no dripping sauce..not much on the pineapple either...I added all my veggies on em to get some flavor going...beans were mediocre ...to watery...rice was good...not thrilled with the full glass of ice for the lil bit of soda you get... All in all it still wasn't bad...good experience with it all but it needed more flavor. Remember to support your local business they are the backbone of a community.

This is one of my favorite places to eat when I go down to the area to work on my festival. Their food and service are always good. If never had anything I didn't like. This is an enchilada combo with crema sauce instead of red. After I had covid in 2020 my taste buds changed and last night, they let me taste their various sauces so I could choose one for my dish that my new taste buds liked,ty for being patient with me on that. Our server was a nice gal from the bar (we left at 10/closing), whose name I foolishly forgot but she was rad. TY!
