Honestly this review will not do justice, my third trip to this store and I have always had a decent experience what you would normally expect from a store, such as greeting and assistance, today I came back due to having a request for an exchange, I called a head to explain my situation as I was driving from over an hr away, young lady answered the phone and you could tell she was willing to hear my side of the story and see how she could help. She asked and said come on in we can help. When I got there a young man and the said young lady greeted me with a smile then I told her who I was and she pick up on it right away, she grabbed Francisco and they proceeded to assist me finding proper size of my foot and accurate length using a tool, then store manager showed up to assist with the situation, all four employees at the store at the time where nothing but very kind and helpful. Normally stop in Centralia for the Nike store but made a quick stop here as I’ve been enjoying the comfort NB provides. Amber (store manager I believe) was incredible!! She was so friendly as I entered the store and helped me find some of the in store shoe options, but I was seeking some unique colorways for my sister and I, and Amber was so kind and patient to offer to search individual color codes and sizes to aid that. Ended up buying way more than I expected!!

Definitely will be stopping here anytime I’m passing through!! Keep up the great work Amber and the rest of the New Balance...

Bought four pairs of 1080s that needed to be shipped to my house. First three came in a timely manner but the last pair did not come for almost over a month. Had the tracking number, called Amber at the New Balance store in Centralia and she quickly got on it! Found out the shoes were stuck in another state and they were at my house within 2 days. Exceptional customer service and when I talked to Amber about the problem, she was so gracious and so nice about the situation. I know she had to go out of her way to find out where the shoes were but she didn't sound irritated...
