Lane Bryant Outlet — Local services in Centralia

I had gotten measured after having my child (assuming my mom bod wasn’t the same exact size as I used to be) and the measurements I was given were pretty loose; the staff then suggested a “sister size” which was also pretty loose. I ended up just kind of guessing my size. Overall the store was clean and the staff was attentive. The price is very on point for the quality you’re receiving from their products. The one thing I could see improving is having staff take more accurate measurements (it seemed like she was too nervous to get too close to my body but, I would have preferred she did just for a more accurate measurement)

Edit: I most recently went in and the staff this time was so so helpful! I got a completely accurate measurement and I have a few bras that fit me wonderfully. I upgraded to 5 stars for this reason. I was able to find one bra in store that fit me great then staff helped me to order another online and have it sent to my house. I’m on a limited income so purchasing quality bras that are comfy and last is important. This is one store I have found that can fulfill those three traits while still having...

Just went in to look around, had no plans to buy anything. I decided to get a new belt, but after walking around with it my hand for a few minutes, I decided I didn't really need it and returned it to the rack. As I was almost to the door to leave, one of the employees yelled at me from the registers half way into the store asking very rudely if I needed any help. It was very embarrassing. I felt she was suspicious of me, but I quickly left before there were any other questions. I live in another state and have often gone to that outlet when in town visiting family. Never again. I came from out of town to my closest LB and was shocked to walk through this one. Not that it wasn’t unclean or disorganized, but the customer service was on the floor. I was poorly greeted upon entering, I was not given a run down on sales, or what kind of deals they had going on. I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes and there were 3 older ladies fiddling with headsets, that did not say a single thing to me until I was at the register. Definitely a missed sale opportunity. Coming from an old LB employee it was sad to see the lack of care and/or training from sales associates. But hey, the panty table...
