I had to buy a new dab rig and bucket and went to paradise and sadly immediately broke the bucket when I got home so I went back to get two new buckets and only after using the one bucket once it cracked so I used the second one I got and that crack as well after using just three times so I went to paradise again the next day and the chick who helped me was rude when I tried to see if they could exchange the cracked one for new ones since it wasn’t my fault and in the end her and her boss were rude like I broke it (you could tell it cracked from having flame on it and even the second one has fame residue on it from using it the three times and showing neither of them were dropped on purpose)and only ended up giving me one. I've shopped here quite often. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in to buy something. The item was $2.49 + tax. The next day, I was looking through my transactions in my bank account, and they charged me $4.30. I've called 3 times to get this resolved and have yet to receive a call back. It may only be $1.60 more, but it makes me wonder how many times I've been overcharged. I usually pay cash, but I didn't have any cash on me. My cuzzo n I went in to the shop Saturday evening and we were welcomed in by the lovely onyx. Her customer service was amazing. She made us feel instantly welcomed, when I had questions, she answered them all very professionally and gave me plenty of suggestions. I love the way the store is set super open and tons of great glass pieces and colors to choose from. I may add that they have a great selection of clipper lighters my fans.
